The indicators observed were endometrial thickness, uterine volume, and the levels of LH (luteinizing hormone), FSH (follicle-stimulating hormone), and E2 (estradiol) of the patients before and after treatment. The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), Hamilton Anxiety/Depression Scale (HAMA/HAMD), Kupperman symptom score, and menopause-specific quality of life (MENQOL) were also applied to assess the sleep quality, negative emotions, severity of the condition, and quality of life of all patients, respectively. Our findings were that estradiol valerate is beneficial in improving serum sex hormone levels, sleep disturbances, negative mood, and quality of life in patients with perimenopausal syndrome and that its safety profile is high enough to warrant clinical promotion.
To explore the effect of applying binocular visual training after slanted lateral rectus recession on orthophoric rate and binocular visual function recovery on patients with convergence insufficiency-type intermittent exotropia (CI-IXT).

A total of 76 CI-IXT child patients treated at the Strabismus and Pediatric Ophthalmology Department of our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects, and those who met the inclusion criteria were equally divided into group A (63 eyes) and group B (61 eyes) according to the sealed envelope randomization. All child patients accepted the slanted lateral rectus recession, and after that, those in group A accepted the binocular visual training and those in group B accepted the conventional visual function rehabilitation training, so as to compare their position of eye, the best corrected visual acuity, etc., after training for statistical analysis.

Compared with group B after one month of surgery, group A had significantly less patients witg binocular visual training to child patients with CI-IXT after slanted lateral rectus recession can promote the recovery of binocular vision and ensure higher safety, and further study will help to establish a better solution for the affected children.

The aim of this study was to investigate the minimally invasive mechanism and the clinical value of television thoracoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of traumatic hemopneumothorax and to provide a relevant theoretical basis for the superiority of television thoracoscopy. In this study, total of 98 patients with traumatic hemopneumothorax admitted to three hospitals from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected and divided into 49 cases each in the thoracotomy group and VATS group according to the differences of the surgical method. The surgical situation such as operation time, intraoperative bleeding, and incision length, postoperative recovery such as duration of painkiller use, chest tube retention time, volume of drainage, and hospital stay, levels oults showed that there were no recurrent cases in both groups 12 months after discharge. To explore the situation of 61 patients with renal tumors who underwent retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephron-sparing surgery (RLNSS) and the factors affecting postoperative renal function.

A total of 61 patients with renal tumors who underwent RLNSS in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2021 were included in this study. All patients were treated with RLNSS. The clinical data of patients were recorded. Before operation and 3 months after operation, the change value of glomerular filtration rate (ΔGFR) was measured by the Gates method. Multivariate linear regression was used to analyze the related factors affecting postoperative renal function.

All 61 patients successfully completed the operation. The mean operative time was 60-150 min' average (98.75 ± 14.38) min. The estimated intraoperative blood loss was 20-310 ml' average (107.93 ± 68.55) ml. Intraoperative warm ischemia time (WIT) was 0-39 min, with an average of (21.16 ± 6.47) min. All patients' pathological margins were negative after operation. In all patients, there were 5 postoperative complications, including 2 cases of renal wound bleeding (3.28%), 1 case of hematuria (1.64%), 1 case of urinary fistula (1.64%), and 1 case of subcutaneous emphysema (1.64%). There were significant differences in tumor diameter, preoperative GFR, operation time and WIT (
< 0.05). Multivariate analysis showed that tumor diameter, preoperative GFR, and WIT were all factors affecting the postoperative renal function of patients with RLNSS (
< 0.05).

In the present work, we investigated how human-induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSCs/IMR90-1) overcome hyperosmotic stress compared to a cell line that does not harbor pluripotent characteristics (SH-SY5Y cell line). Gradient concentrations of NaCl showed a different pattern of SG formation between hiPSCs/IMR90-1 and the nonpluripotent cell line SH-SY5Y. Other pluripotent stem cell lines (hiPSCs/CRTD5 and hESCs/H9 (human embryonic stem cell line)) as well as nonpluripotent cell lines (BHK-21 and MCF-7) were used to confirm this phenomenon. Moreover, the formation of hyperosmotic SGs in hiPSCs/IMR90-1 was independent of eIF2α phosphorylation and was associated with low apoptosis levels. In addition, a comprehensive proteomics analysis was performed to identify proteins involved in regulating this specific pattern of hyperosmotic SG formation in hiPSCs/IMR90-1. We found possible implications of microtubule organization on the response to hyperosmotic stress in hiPSCs/IMR90-1. We have also unveiled a reduced expression of tubulin that may protect cells against hyperosmolarity stress while inhibiting SG formation without affecting stem cell self-renewal and pluripotency. Our observations may provide a possible cellular mechanism to better understand SG dynamics in pluripotent stem cells.
