In this Review, we present an overview of current research advances in the field of perovskite thin films grown via vacuum techniques, a study of their photophysical properties, and integration in PeLEDs for the generation of different colors. We also highlight the current challenges and future prospects for the further development of vacuum processed PeLEDs.'Growing-up milks' (GUMs)-breast-milk substitutes targeted for young children (aged 12-36 months)-are commonly consumed in Indonesia. The World Health Assembly has stated that GUMs are not necessary for proper growth and development, and recently, the American Academy of Pediatrics declared that such products are not recommended for young children due to their common use of sweeteners. To contribute to the evidence base on the composition of GUMs and their appropriateness for young child diets, this cross-sectional study documented the declared sugar content and presence of nutrient content claims of 99 GUMs newly launched in Indonesia between January 2017 and May 2019. Sugar content was evaluated against the draft 2018 Codex Alimentarius Standard for Follow-Up Formula guidance on sugar content and the United Kingdom Food Standard Agency's front-of-pack (UK FSA FOP) colour coding system for sugar. Almost all (97%) GUMs contained one or more added sugars. None of the products were fully compliant with all three sugar content recommendations in the draft Codex standard. Seventy-one per cent of GUMs were determined to have high sugar content according to the UK FSA FOP system. Nutrient content claims were found on 97% of GUMs. Median total sugar content was 7.3 g per 100 ml, similar to sugar content levels in sugar-sweetened beverages. Many GUMs available in Indonesia claim to offer nutritional benefits; however, the current levels of sugar content in GUMs are a serious concern and are inappropriate for inclusion in the diets of young children.
To assess the clinical benefit and compare the cost-effectiveness of total knee arthroplasty (TKA) in patients with different personality traits.

The present study was retrospectively conducted from January 2017 to May 2018. A total of 232 patients between 46 and 71 years old who underwent unilateral, primary TKA with the diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis were interviewed. Three types of data were required to compare the cost-effectiveness differences among groups personality traits, postoperative clinical outcomes about health-related quality of life, and costs associated with TKA. Personality was assessed using the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire, functional outcome was assessed through the Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index (WOMAC) questionnaire, and costs were evaluated. Besides, the marginal cost-effectiveness ratio (MCER) as the primary outcome, which relates the direct costs to the associated patient benefit as assessed by the clinical endpoint ($/quality-adjusted life  0.01), ASA Class I-II (adjusted OR = 0.9, 95% CI = 0.8-1.0, P < 0.001), sanguine (adjusted OR = 0.8, 95% CI = 0.7-0.9, P < 0.001) and melancholic (adjusted OR = 1.2, 95% CI = 1.1-1.3, P < 0.001) were significantly associated with MCER.

Before surgery, screening the melancholic patients would significantly reduce the economic burden, avoid unnecessary suffering, and shorten the recovery period.

Fine-needle aspiration cytology (FNAC) is one of the most commonly used techniques for evaluating lymphadenopathy. Recently, the Sydney system was proposed for assessing the performance, classification, and reporting of lymph node (LN) cytopathology. The present study was conducted to assess the risk of malignancy associated with each of the diagnostic categories of the proposed Sydney system.

This was a 2-year retrospective study of LN-FNAs; cytologic diagnoses were categorized by the proposed Sydney system. Cytological diagnoses were correlated with the corresponding histopathological diagnoses to assess diagnostic accuracy and risk of malignancy for each diagnostic category.

Of 23,335 FNAs during the study period, 6983 (30%) were performed on LNs. Of these, 289 (4.1%) cases were reported as nondiagnostic/inadequate (L1); 3397 (48.6%) were reported as benign (L2); 33(0.5%) as atypical cells of undetermined significance (L3), 96 (1.4%) as suspicious for malignancy (L4) and 3168 (45.4%) as malignant (L5). Subsequent histopathology was available for 618 (8.8%) cases. On cytohistopathologic correlation, 552 (89.3%) were concordant and 66 (10.7%) discordant. The overall sensitivity, specificity, positive and negative predictive values, and diagnostic accuracy of LN-FNA were 79.9%, 98.7%, 98.4%, 83.1%, and 89.3%, respectively. The risk of malignancy was 27.5% for the nondiagnostic category, 11.5% for the benign, 66.7% for the atypical, 88% for the suspicious, and 99.6% for the malignant categories.

FNAC has high diagnostic accuracy for the diagnosis of various LN pathologies. Application of the proposed Sydney system can help in achieving uniformity and reproducibility in cytologic diagnoses and also help in risk-stratification on cytology.

However, little is known about how returning to work impacts Ethiopian women's EBF practice. The aim of this study was to explore women's attitudes and experiences of EBF when they returned to work. Mothers who had an infant of less than 12 months, working in government institutions in Tigray region, Ethiopia, were invited to participate in this study. Semi-structured, face-to-face interviews were used to explore mothers' perspectives of the factors that influenced EBF when they returned to work. The interview data were transcribed verbatim and thematically analysed. Twenty mothers were interviewed from 10 organizations. Three themes were identified from their accounts mother's knowledge, attitudes and practice towards breastfeeding; workplace context and employment conditions; and support received at home. Most participants were familiar with the benefits of EBF. Most participants reported that their colleagues had more positive attitudes towards breastfeeding than their managers. In almost all the workplaces, there was no specific designated breastfeeding space. Participants reported that close family members including husbands and mothers were supportive. Mothers' knowledge and attitude towards breastfeeding, workplace and employment conditions and support received at home were found to be the main factors determining the duration of EBF among employed women. Participants reported that the overall support given to breastfeeding women from their employers was insufficient to promote EBF."Water-in-salt" (WIS) electrolytes, which have more salt than the solvent in both mass and volume, show promising prospects for application in supercapacitors due to their wide electrochemical stability window (about 3 V), considerable ion transport, high safety, low cost, and environmental friendliness. This Review summarizes the advances, progress, and challenges of WIS electrolytes in supercapacitors. The working mechanisms, reason for the wide electrochemical stability window, typical systems, challenges, and modification strategies of the WIS electrolytes in supercapacitors are discussed. Moreover, the application of WIS electrolytes in symmetric and asymmetric supercapacitors are presented. Finally, perspectives and the future development direction of WIS electrolytes are given. This Review is expected to provide inspiration and guidance for designing WIS electrolytes with advanced performance and push forward the development of high-performance aqueous supercapacitors with high cell voltage, good rate performance, and thus high energy density and power density. At the Summit on Organ Banking through Converging Technologies held recently in Boston, tissue and organ cryopreservation technology was a topic of considerable interest. Although cryopreservation has been widely used in clinical practice, it currently remains limited to bloodless tissues with simple structures and functions that are small or thin, for example, ultra-thin skin, ovarian tissue slices, and other similar tissues. For whole organs, except for successful cryopreservation of rat ovaries (2002) and hind limbs (August 2002), successful cryopreservation of vascularized animal tissues or organs and their replantation have not yet been reported. We conducted histological and electron microscopic examinations on muscle after blood supply restoration to explain this problem and describe our experience with the goal of informing our colleagues to further develop the technology. To achieve broad application of vascularized tissue and organ cryopreservation, we have summarized our experience and established a clinical application scope for vascularized composite tissue cryopreservation. Here, we present the case of a 28-year-old woman who developed severe and progressive thymoma-associated constrictive bronchiolitis with bronchiectasis, despite undergoing thymectomy. mTOR inhibitor The disease was further complicated by radiation-induced organizing pneumonia (RIOP), which developed after adjuvant radiotherapy (RT) for Masaoka stage II thymoma. The patient was successfully treated with an urgent lung transplantation (LTx) for irreversible respiratory failure.Obligate methanotrophic bacteria can utilize methane, an inexpensive carbon feedstock, as a sole energy and carbon substrate, thus are considered as the only nature-provided biocatalyst for sustainable biomanufacturing of fuels and chemicals from methane. To address the limitation of native C1 metabolism of obligate type I methanotrophs, we proposed a novel platform strain that can utilize methane and multi-carbon substrates, such as glycerol, simultaneously to boost growth rates and chemical production in Methylotuvimicrobium alcaliphilum 20Z. To demonstrate the uses of this concept, we reconstructed a 2,3-butanediol biosynthetic pathway and achieved a fourfold higher titer of 2,3-butanediol production by co-utilizing methane and glycerol compared with that of methanotrophic growth. In addition, we reported the creation of a methanotrophic biocatalyst for one-step bioconversion of methane to methanol in which glycerol was used for cell growth, and methane was mainly used for methanol production. After the deletion of genes encoding methanol dehydrogenase (MDH), 11.6 mM methanol was obtained after 72 h using living cells in the absence of any chemical inhibitors of MDH and exogenous NADH source. A further improvement of this bioconversion was attained by using resting cells with a significantly increased titre of 76 mM methanol after 3.5 h with the supply of 40 mM formate. The work presented here provides a novel framework for a variety of approaches in methane-based biomanufacturing.
