Zhuru Tang( from the Effective Prescriptions for Universal Relief) listed in the Catalogue of Ancient Classical Formulas( The First Batch) by the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine,is usually used to treat stomach fever and vomiting. The first step of the research and development of the classic formula compound preparations is to follow the principle of the ancient method,comb through the literature of all dynasties,and then investigate the historical evolution of the prescription,the evolution of formula significance and the clinical application. Based on this principle,we searched the Chinese Medical Classics Database and relevant literature materials to conduct textual research on the history,evolution of formula significance,clinical application,decocting method,as well as the basis and processing of traditional Chinese medicine from the perspectives of " recipe" and " medicine",in order to provide reference for the development and research of Zhuru Tang.Based on the prescription books of herbs and medical books of all dynasties,this article makes a textual research on the name,origin,position,quality,collection,processing and concocting of Acorus tatarinowii used in the classical prescription,and clarifies the relationship between ancient and modern,so as to provide reference and basis for the development and utilization of the classical famous prescription.According to research,A. tatarinowii has many aliases and is often remembered as " Chang pu" when use as medicine; It has a wide distribution of resources in our country,all over the country have produced and mostly wild,its producing areas there is a trend of migration to the southeast; It is recorded in the ancient books of Chinese herbs that most of its medicinal parts are roots,and to root thin,solid quality,dense,aromatic smell,full taste,chewing less slag of high quality; It is harvested in February,May,August and December,and dried in the shade after harvesting; Its concocting methods are more than 20 species have been recorded; Before the Tang Dynasty,the basis of the medicinal A. tatarinowii was relatively chaotic,through textual research,it is concluded that A. tatarinowii should be the mainstream in all dynasties,and that its quality is superior to that of other species in the same genus.It is recommended to be used in " Kaixin san" and " rehmannia drink".Through consulting the ancient herbs and medical books,combining with modern literature and field investigation,this paper makes textual research on herbal medicine,and makes textual research on the name,origin,position and changes of collection and processing of the medicinal herbs in Ancient Classical Prescriptions. " Zhu" wasn't distinguished before the Northern and Southern Dynasties,but the efficacy of the techniques recorded in the documents at that time was similar to that of today's Atractylodis Rhizoma.Tao Hongjing put forward the theory of " red and white" in the Northern and Southern Dynasties. Blasticidin S clinical trial " Cangzhu" and " Baizhu" gradually differentiated,but there was no clear distinction between them. Since Song and Yuan Dynasties, " Baizhu" has been respected and classified in the literature. In Ming Dynasty, " Baizhu" was cultivated and differentiated into different quality specifications according to its growth pattern and origin. Maoshan is the genuine production area of " Cangzhu". The quality of wild " Baizhu" produced in Yuqian city is the best. In modern times,the origins of " Cangzhu" and " Baizhu" were defined according to plant taxonomy. " Zhu" before Song Dynasty was close to Atractylodes lancea, " Baishu" had been respected since the Song Dynasty. So when Song people revised the previous literature,they unified " Zhu" into " Baizhu" and used it for later generations. Its safety and effectiveness have been confirmed,and the wild resources of modern atractylodes are scarce. Therefore,it is suggested that when classical famous prescriptions are developed,the prescription recorded as " Baizhu" does not need to be changed in its origin,that is,A. macrocephala at present or can choose the appropriate basis according to the principle of local righteousness.Textual research shows that the origin of " Cangzhu" in the classical prescription should be A. lancea.Syringa pinnatifolia Hemsl.( SP) is a representative Mongolian folk medicine with the effects of inhibiting Heyi related diseases,clearing heat and relieving pain. It has been used for the treatment of Heyi-induced heart tingling,heart palpitations,upset,insomnia and other symptoms. Total ethanol extract( T) and major fraction( M) of SP have been evaluated its anti-ischemic effects,and the mechanism was related to the regulation of cyclooxygenase( COX)-mediated inflammatory pathway and p53-mediated apoptosis pathway in our previous studies. This study reports the chemical fractionation on M by which to obtain subfractions( I and M_3),and the pharmacological evaluation of M,I,and M_3 against myocardial ischemia in mice. The result showed that I and M reduced the values of LVEDd and LVEDs,significantly increased EF and FS values,increased serum CK-MB and LDH levels in mice,and reduced in inflammatory cells infiltration and collagen deposition in the infarcted myocardial tissue,suggesting that M and I possess the same degree anti-myocardial is chemia equally whereas M_3 has no this effect. Related mechanism studies suggested that I can reduce the expression of COX-1,COX-2 and p53 protein in myocardial tissue in a dose-dependent manner. This study lays the foundation for further chemical segmentation and clarification of pharmacological substance groups,paving the way for the full use and benefits to be use of systematic biological methods to analyze the pharmacological basis of SP against myocardial ischemia.The wide application of artemisinins in the treatment of multiple cancers reflects the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine used in this field. The existing basic and clinical studies have revealed that artesunate can effectively suppress the malignant progression of breast cancer,colon cancer,leukemia,melanoma,ovarian cancer,prostate cancer,kidney cancer and various tumors in central nervous system. The pharmacological mechanisms of artesunate against cancers are reflected in many aspects,such as inhibiting tumor cell proliferation,invasion and metastasis,inducing tumor cell apoptosis and autophagy,regulating cell signal transduction and inhibiting tumor angiogenesis. Meanwhile,growing experimental evidences have indicated that artesunate has been used for the sensitization of radiotherapy with X-ray,β-ray,γ-ray and~(60)Co γ-ray,as well as chemotherapy with cisplatin,carboplatin and doxorubicin.This review collected basic and clinical studies on the sensitization effect of artesunate on anti-cancer radiotherapy and chemotherapy published on PubMed and CNKI during April 2000 and February 2019,and summarized the clinical positioning and application of artesunate,with the aim to provide a more comprehensive explanation on the sensitization effect of artesunate on anti-cancer radiotherapy and chemotherapy,and offer the inspiration and ideas for the development of radiotherapy and chemotherapy sensitizers,as well as cancer resistance reversal agents.The study analyzes the medication rules of Xin'an Wang's internal medicine for treating stomach cramps by data mining technology,in order to provide reference for clinical medication. Through the summarization of the medical cases of stomach cramps treated by Xin'an Wang's doctors( Wang Ren-zhi,Wang Zhong-qi,Wang Le-tao),statistics was made for the frequency of symptoms,signs,syndromes and drugs in Office 2010. Apriori algorithm in IBM SPSS Modeler 14. 1,and SPSS Statistics 22. 0 were used for association rule analysis and cluster analysis. The results showed that the 310 prescriptions collected involved totally 322 syndromes( including symptoms and signs) and 336 drugs,with the cumulative dose of 4 072 times; the symptoms were correlated to the spleen and stomach,liver and gallbladder,and the heart system; syndrome differentiation was mainly based on liver-Qi invasion of the stomach,diet impairment to the stomach,deficiency of spleen and stomach and cold syndrome; commonly used drugs were Qi regulating drugs,phlegm eliminating drugs and blood circulation promoting and stasis removing drugs; high-frequency drug complex network diagram showed that Pinelliae Rhizoma,Aurantii Fructus,Trichosanthis Fructus,Allii Macrostemonis Bulbus were closely related; the analysis showed 12,20,and 17 two,three,and four association rules; cluster analysis showed 10 pairs of Trichosanthis Fructus-Allii Macrostemonis Bulbus,Pinelliae Rhizoma-Aurantii Fructus,and Aspongopus-Toosendan Fructus drug combinations. According to Xin' an Wang's doctors,stomach cramps are closely related to liver and spleen,Qi stagnation,phlegm and blood stasis are the standard.Xin'an Wang's doctors give the first priority on " deoppilation",focus on soothing the liver and spleen,activating Qi and eliminating phlegm,and promoting blood circulation,and refer to use modified Xiaoxianxiong Decoction and modified Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction based on symptoms.To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Shugan Jieyu Capsules,Jieyu Pills and Xiaoyao Pills in the treatment of liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency depression by the network Meta-analysis( NMA),so as to provide evidence-based clinical practice. Chinese databases,including CNKI,VIP,Wan Fang Data,CBM as well as English databases including the Cochrane Library,PubMed,EMbase and Web of Science were retrieved from inception to October 30,2018,to collect randomized controlled trials( RCTs) about clinical study of the three kinds of Chinese patent medicines. The quality and bias risk of the included studies were assessed by 5. 1 standard in Cochrane Handbook,ADDIS software was applied in the statistical analysis,and the result were compared by NMA. A total of 37 studies involving 3 105 patients were included. The results of NMA showed that the adjuvant therapy with the three kinds of traditional Chinese patent medicines could improve the clinical efficacy. Jieyu Pills had the most significant effect( OR = 4. 59,95%CI[1. 94,12. 71],P less then 0. 05). In HAMD,Shugan Jieyu Capsules( MD = 3. 22,95%CI[2. 07,4. 39],P less then 0. 05) and Xiaoyao Pills( MD= 2. 23,95%CI[0. 41,4. 03],P less then 0. 05) can effectively reduce the depression scale indicators. In the incidence of adverse reactions,the three kinds of Chinese patent medicines can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions. The three kinds of Chinese patent medicines can be combined with auxiliary Western medicine to treat liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency depression,with complementary advantages in action mechanisms. In the clinical efficacy and safety,the Chinese patent medicines had good clinical manifestations. Although this study showed that Jieyu Pills may be the referred medicine for depression,this conclusion is still immature and needs to be further verified by high-quality RCTs studies,and the application shall be selective based on specific characteristics in clinic.Acute upper respiratory infection is one of the common infectious diseases,especially in the elderly people. Qingkailing Injection has the effect of clearing away heat and detoxifying. It can be used for external wind heat,upper respiratory tract infection,viral cold,etc. Based on 2 147 cases of upper respiratory tract infection patients using Qingkailing Injection in the medical electronic data warehouse of the information system of 16 large class-A hospitals constructed by the Institute of Basic Research in Clinical Medicine,China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences,description analysis,Apriori calculation and recurrent network analysis were used to analyze the effect of Qingkailing Injection on upper respiratory tract infection. The clinical characteristics and the law of combined use of drugs can provide reference for the mining of clinical diagnosis and treatment characteristics and the construction of optimal and effective programs and paths. 2 147 patients with upper respiratory tract infection who used Qingkailing Injection were mostly middle-aged and elderly people over 45 years old,often combined with hypertension,ischemic cerebrovascular disease,coronary heart disease,diabetes,etc.
