The results showed that the isolated BMSCs exhibited special biomarkers of MSCs. LINC00461 was significantly upregulated in the exosomes originated multiple myeloma cells, and increased LINC00461 significantly impeded the osteoblast differentiation of MSCs. Moreover, LINC00461 could significantly suppress the activation of the Wnt/β-catenin pathway in MSCs. In conclusion, this study suggested that LINC00461 in exosomes of multiple myeloma could reduce the activity of the Wnt/β-catenin pathway to inhibit the osteoblast differentiation of BM-MSCs via targeting miR-324-3p.Health literacy refers to an individual's ability to acquire and understand health information and use it to maintain and promote his own health. This study aimed to determine the efficacy of computed tomography (CT)-guided local catheterization for the treatment of spinal tuberculosis (TB) with abscess.

Diabetic nephropathy (DN) is the most common microvascular complication of diabetes and has become the second leading cause of end-stage renal disease in the world. This study aims to clarify the regulatory mechanism of the lncRNA MSC-AS1/miR-325/cyclin G1 (CCNG1) axis in DN.

The regulatory mechanism of lncRNA MSC-AS1/miR-325/CCNG1 was evaluated by RT-qPCR, CCK-8 assay, flow cytometry assay, RNA pull-down assay, ELISA, and western blot assay.

Upregulation of lncRNA MSC-AS1 was detected in DN patients and HRMC cells treated with high glucose (HG). Knockdown of lncRNA MSC-AS1 reduced the proliferation, fibrosis, and inflammation of HRMC cells induced by HG. In addition, lncRNA MSC-AS1 acts as a miR-325 sponge in the DN. CCNG1 is the direct target of miR-325, which can be positively regulated by lncRNA MSC-AS1 in DN. More importantly, downregulation of miR-325 and upregulation of CCNG1 can attenuate the protective effect of lncRNA MSC-AS1 knockdown on DN.

To explore the value of serum miR-144 and miR-221 in diagnosing atherosclerosis (AS).

The clinical data of 52 AS patients treated in the department of cardiovascular medicine of our hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were retrospectively analyzed, and 53 healthy persons were selected from the physical examination center at the same period as the control group. By measuring the indicators including the serum vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), superoxide dismutase (SOD), miR-144, and miR-221 in patients of both groups, their value of diagnosing AS was analyzed.

Compared with the control group, the AS group obtained significantly higher serum miR-221 and miR-144 expression levels (
< 0.001), significantly higher mean serum homocysteine (Hcy) level value (
< 0.001), lower mean serum SOD level (
< 0.001), and significantly higher level values of serum VEGF, nuclear factor-kappaB (NF-kB), and transforming growth factor-
(TGF-
) (
< 0.001), and the area under ROC curve, sensitivity, and specificity of combining miR-221 with miR-144 were significantly higher than those of single diagnosis.

To study the distribution and risk factors of multidrug-resistant bacteria (MDROS) infection in orthopedic patients and to provide reference for clinical prevention and control measures.

The data of 239 inpatients with orthopedic trauma from June 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects, and the distribution characteristics of MDROS infection were analyzed through the real-time monitoring system of nosocomial infection. DZD9008 Logistic regression analysis was used to screen out the risk factors causing MDROS infection, and the preventive measures were put forward.

178 strains of pathogens were isolated from 239 patients, including 53 strains of MDROS, and the detection rate was 29.78%. The main pathogenic bacteria were ESBLs, MRSA, CRAB, CRE, and MDR/PDRPA. The main infection sites of MDROS in orthopedic patients were the respiratory tract and wound. No CRE1 was detected, and 64.39%, 17.42%, and 14.39% of ESBL-producing bacteria, MRSA, and MDR/PDRPA, respectively, were detected. Logistic multivariate analysis showed that the length of hospital stay, antibiotic use time, open injury, and serum albumin level were independent risk factors of MDROS infection in orthopedic trauma patients.
