Golden Snidget adalah seekor burung berwarna emas. Dia bukan sekedar burung biasa. Kelebihan burung ini yaitu dapat memutar sayapnya 360°. Ia sangat terkenal dulu saat ia dipakai di Quidditch, namun sekarang sudah digantikan oleh Golden Snitch.
Burung ini termasuk ke KKM XXXX bukan karena berbahaya, namun karena banyak hukuman yang berlaku jika ia 'ditangkap' atau terluka, karena sekarang dia dilindungi.
Golden Snidget berbentuk bulat seperti bola, 'gemuk', diselimuti oleh bulu emas, dan memiliki paruh yang panjang dan tipis. Matanya berwarna merah terang dan sayapnya yang dapat diputar membuat burung mungil ini dapat bergerak ke segala arah dengan kecepatan dan kegesitan yang luar biasa. Bulu dan matanya sangat berharga, sehingga ia sering diincar oleh para wizard dan membuatnya hampir punah. Terakhir, dia itu sangat rapuh.

Nundu adalah mamalia yang sangat besar. Ia berwarna kuning dengan totol hitam, sehingga suka dibilang mirip leopard. Dia bergerak tanpa suara walaupun ia berukuran sangat besar, dan termasuk hewan yang paling mematikan. Nafasnya adalah racun dan penuh dengan penyakit. Dengan hanya itu, ia dapat membunuh orang sekampung. Dia ini sangat sulit ditaklukan, ia tidak pernah dikalahkan dari kurang dari sekitar seratus wizard yang bekerjasama.
