Good morning to you, Charlotte. This is my second week in this house, and everything seems not to be okay in this house, which I have complained about. The refrigerator in the kitchen is turning on, and the freezer is working perfectly fine, but the fridge doesn't seem to work at all, only sweating. I have perishable things, and they get spoilt the second day; evidence is added below. The WC seat upstairs needs to be fixed as it is uncomfortable to use. The kitchen sink is still leaking even after Nick checked it out. Both the entrance door and back door are always difficult to open and close they need to be checked. If you had taken inventory and checked this house properly before I moved in, you must have seen all these faults, and they ought to have been fixed. I do not understand why you would let me move into a house that needs things to be fixed but is not done. I cannot continue to live in a house where the refrigerator is not working properly; please, something needs to be done asap.
