Uptake associated with Nanotitania by simply Gingival Epithelial Cellular material Promotes Inflammatory Result and it is Faster through Porphyromonas gingivalis Lipopolysaccharide: A good In Vitro Study.
Long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) Dnm3os plays a critical role in peritendinous fibrosis and pulmonary fibrosis, but its role in the process of cardiac fibrosis is still unclear. Therefore, we carried out study by using the myocardial fibrotic tissues obtained by thoracic aortic constriction (TAC) in an early study of our group, and the in vitro cardiac fibroblast activation model induced by transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1). Quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR), Western blot, and collagen gel contraction test were used to identify the changes of activation phenotype and the expression of Dnm3os in cardiac fibroblasts. Small interfering RNA was used to silence Dnm3os to explore its role in the activation of cardiac fibroblasts. The results showed that the expression of Dnm3os was increased significantly in myocardial fibrotic tissues and in the activated cardiac fibroblasts. And the activation of cardiac fibroblasts could be alleviated by Dnm3os silencing. Furthermore, the TGF-β1/Smad2/3 pathway was activated during the process of cardiac fibroblasts activation, while was inhibited after silencing Dnm3os. The results suggest that Dnm3os silencing may affect the process of cardiac fibroblast activation by inhibiting TGF-β1/Smad2/3 signal pathway. Therefore, interfering with the expression of lncRNA Dnm3os may be a potential target for the treatment of cardiac fibrosis. The medical literature contains a wealth of valuable medical knowledge. At present, the research on extraction of entity relationship in medical literature has made great progress, but with the exponential increase in the number of medical literature, the annotation of medical text has become a big problem. In order to solve the problem of manual annotation time such as consuming and heavy workload, a remote monitoring annotation method is proposed, but this method will introduce a lot of noise. In this paper, a novel neural network structure based on convolutional neural network is proposed, which can solve a large number of noise problems. The model can use the multi-window convolutional neural network to automatically extract sentence features. After the sentence vectors are obtained, the sentences that are effective to the real relationship are selected through the attention mechanism. In particular, an entity type (ET) embedding method is proposed for relationship classification by adding entity type characteristics. The attention mechanism at sentence level is proposed for relation extraction in allusion to the unavoidable labeling errors in training texts. We conducted an experiment using 968 medical references on diabetes, and the results showed that compared with the baseline model, the present model achieved good results in the medical literature, and F1-score reached 93.15%. Finally, the extracted 11 types of relationships were stored as triples, and these triples were used to create a medical map of complex relationships with 33 347 nodes and 43 686 relationship edges. Experimental results show that the algorithm used in this paper is superior to the optimal reference system for relationship extraction. This study aims to overcome the shortcomings such as low efficiency, high cost and difficult to carry out multi-parameter research, which limited the optimization of infusion bag configuration and manufacture technique by experiment method. We put forward a fluid cavity based finite element method, and it could be used to simulate the stress distribution and deformation process of infusion bag under external load. In this paper, numerical models of infusion bag with different sizes was built, and the fluid-solid coupling deformation process was calculated using the fluid cavity method in software ABAQUS subject to the same boundary conditions with the burst test. The peeling strength which was obtained from the peeling adhesion test was used as failure criterion. The calculated resultant force which makes the computed peeling stress reach the peeling strength was compared with experiment data, and the stress distribution was analyzed compared with the rupture process of burst test. check details The results showed that considering the errors caused by the difference of weak welding and eccentric load, the flow cavity based finite element method can accurately model the stress distribution and deformation process of infusion bag. It could be useful for the optimization of multi chamber infusion bag configuration and manufacture technique, leading to cost reduction and study efficiency improvement. The rotation center of traditional hip disarticulation prosthesis is often placed in the front and lower part of the socket, which is asymmetric with the rotation center of the healthy hip joint, resulting in poor symmetry between the prosthesis movement and the healthy lower limb movement. Besides, most of the prosthesis are passive joints, which need to rely on the amputee's compensatory hip lifting movement to realize the prosthesis movement, and the same walking movement needs to consume 2-3 times of energy compared with normal people. This paper presents a dynamic hip disarticulation prosthesis (HDPs) based on remote center of mechanism (RCM). Using the double parallelogram design method, taking the minimum size of the mechanism as the objective, the genetic algorithm was used to optimize the size, and the rotation center of the prosthesis was symmetrical with the rotation center of the healthy lower limb. By analyzing the relationship between the torque and angle of hip joint in the process of human walking, the control system mirrored the motion parameters of the lower on the healthy side, and used the parallel drive system to provide assistance for the prosthesis. Based on the established virtual prototype simulation platform of solid works and Adams, the motion simulation of hip disarticulation prosthesis was carried out and the change curve was obtained. Through quantitative comparison with healthy lower limb and traditional prosthesis, the scientificity of the design scheme was analyzed. The results show that the design can achieve the desired effect, and the design scheme is feasible. The subpulmonary ventricular exclusion (Fontan) could effectively improve the living quality for the children patients with a functional single ventricle in clinical. However, postoperative Fontan circulation failure can easily occur, causing obvious limitations while clinically implementing Fontan. The cavopulmonary assist devices (CPAD) is currently an effective means to solve such limitations. Therefore, in this paper the in-silico and in-vitro experiment coupled model of Fontan circulation failure for the children patients with a single ventricle and CPAD is established to evaluate the effects of CPAD on the Fontan circulation failure. Then a sensorless feedback control algorithm is proposed to provide sufficient cardiac output and prevent vena caval suction due to CPAD constant pump speed. Based on the CPAD pump speed-an intrinsic parameter, the sensorless feedback control algorithm could accurately estimate the cavopulmonary pressure head (CPPH) using extended Kalman filter, eliminating the disadvantage for pressure sensors that cannot be used in long term. And a gain-scheduled, proportional integral (PI) controller is used to make the actual CPPH approach to the reference value. Results show that the CPAD could effectively increase physiological perfusion for the children patients and reduce the workload of a single ventricle, and the sensorless feedback control algorithm can effectively guarantee cardiac output and prevent suction. This study can provide theoretical basis and technical support for the design and optimization of CPAD, and has potential clinical application value.Cholangiocarcinoma is a highly malignant tumor. It is not sensitive to radiotherapy and chemotherapy and has a poor prognosis. At present, there is no effective treatment. As a new method for treating cancer, magnetic fluid hyperthermia has been clinically applied to a variety of cancers in recent years. This article introduces it to the cholangiocarcinoma model and systematically studies the effect of magnetic fluid hyperthermia on cholangiocarcinoma. Starting from the theory of magnetic fluid heating, the electromagnetic and heat transfer models were constructed in the finite element simulation software COMSOL using the Pennes biological heat transfer equation. The Helmholtz coil was used as an alternating magnetic field generating device. The relationship between the magnetic fluid-related properties and the heating power was analyzed according to Rosensweig's theory. After the multiphysics coupling simulation was performed, the electromagnetic field and thermal field distribution in the hyperthermia region were obtained. The results showed that the magnetic field distribution in the treatment area was uniform, and the thermal field distribution met the requirements of hyperthermia. After the magnetic fluid injection, the cholangiocarcinoma tissue warmed up rapidly, and the temperature of tumor tissues could reach above 42 °C, but the surrounding healthy tissues did not heat up significantly. At the same time, it was verified that the large blood vessels around the bile duct, the overflow of the magnetic fluid, and the eddy current heat had little effect on thermotherapy. The results of this article can provide a reference for the clinical application of magnetic fluid hyperthermia for cholangiocarcinoma. The feasibility of ultrasound backscatter homodyned K model parametric imaging (termed homodyned K imaging) to monitor coagulation zone during microwave ablation was investigated. Two recent estimators for the homodyned K model parameter, RSK (the estimation method based on the signal-to-noise ratio, the skewness, and the kurtosis of the amplitude envelope of ultrasound) and XU (the estimation method based on the first moment of the intensity of ultrasound, X statistics and U statistics), were compared. Firstly, the ultrasound backscattered signals during the microwave ablation of porcine liver ex vivo were processed by the noise-assisted correlation algorithm, envelope detection, sliding window method, digital scan conversion and color mapping to obtain homodyned K imaging. Then 20 porcine livers' microwave ablation experiments ex vivo were used to evaluate the effect of homodyned K imaging in monitoring the coagulation zone. The results showed that the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve of the RSK method was 0.77 ± 0.06 (mean ± standard deviation), and that of the XU method was 0.83 ± 0.08 (mean ± standard deviation). The accuracy to monitor the coagulation zone was (86 ± 10)% (mean ± standard deviation) by the RSK method and (90 ± 8)% (mean ± standard deviation) by the XU method. Compared with the RSK method, the Bland-Altman consistency for the coagulation zone estimated by the XU method and that of actual porcine liver tissue was higher. The time for parameter estimation and imaging by the XU method was less than that by the RSK method. We conclude that ultrasound backscatter homodyned K imaging can be used to monitor coagulation zones during microwave ablation, and the XU method is better than the RSK method.
