Finally, 2288 peaks were found but 84 of them had fold changes >1.5 based on normalized peak areas and they were statistically different (p less then 0.05) between the groups. These peaks were subjected to MetaboAnalyst 4.0 - MS Peaks to Pathways utility for putative identification. The final list based on putative identification were evaluated through a clinical perspective and the statistically proved variation on the metabolite profiles of Group T and Group C presented that PCOS directly affected the lipid metabolism in the body or occurred as a result of a deformation in the lipid metabolism. Coronavirus disease-19 (COVID-19) pandemic continues to grow all over the world. Several studies have been performed, focusing on understanding the acute respiratory syndrome and treatment strategies. However, there is growing evidence indicating neurological manifestations occur in patients with COVID-19. Similarly, the other coronaviruses (CoV) epidemics; severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS-CoV-1) and Middle East respiratory syndrome (MERS-CoV) have been associated with neurological complications.
This systematic review serves to summarize available information regarding the potential effects of different types of CoV on the nervous system and describes the range of clinical neurological complications that have been reported thus far in COVID-19.

High rates of cerebrovascular disease (CVD) have previously been described in pediatric human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). However, little is known about pediatric CVD in the era of antiretroviral therapy or about the contribution of CVD to HIV-associated neurocognitive disorders.
We completed a neuroimaging substudy of the HIV-Associated Neurocognitive Disorders in Zambia study, a prospective cohort study of neurocognitive complications of pediatric HIV. Brain magnetic resonance imaging (1.5T) was acquired for 34 HIV+children on antiretroviral therapy and 17 HIV-exposed uninfected children (aged eight to 17years). Demographics, medical history, neurological examination, and neuropsychologic testing results were collected. Two neuroradiologists, unaware of HIV status and clinical course, read the scans.
CVD was identified in seven of 34 children with HIV (HIV+CVD+) and no HIV-exposed uninfected children (21% vs 0%, P=0.05). Three participants had white matter changes suggestive of small vessel disease, four had infarcts, and two had evidence of intracranial artery stenosis. Age of antiretroviral therapy initiation and exposure to protease inhibitors or efavirenz was not significantly different between children with and without CVD. HIV+CVD+children had significantly worse scores on a summary measure of cognition than the HIV+CVD- group (NPZ8 score-0.57 vs 0.33, P=0.04).
This study demonstrates high rates of CVD in children with HIV despite antiretroviral therapy, and worse cognitive performance in children with CVD. Longitudinal studies are necessary to determine the mechanisms and incidence of new-onset CVD in children with HIV.

Osteoarthritis (OA) is a chronic degenerative disease which can result in chronic pain, loss of joint function and consequently decline in quality of life.
A variety of instruments that measure the different dimensions of health status in patients with OA are available. However, despite the fact that WOMAC and other questionnaires and scales may provide additional understanding regarding the patient's condition, some studies have reported discrepancies between patients' perceptions and their actual ability to perform the task. The aim of the present study was investigate the physical capabilities with the function domain of WOMAC.
This study has a cross-sectional design including patients diagnosed with moderate to severe knee OA (i.e., grades II, III and IV) according to the Kellgren-Lawrence. These patients were submitted to the battery of functional tests recommended by the OARSI group (30-second chair stand test, 40 m fast paced walking test, Stair climb test, timed "Up and Go", and Six-minute walki and the 6MWT. In addition, 30-second chair stand test demonstrated a significant and moderate correlation (r=-0.503). The multiple regression analysis results indicated that only 30-second chair stand test was a significant (p = 0.001) predictor of WOMAC. This result remains significant even after adjusting for age, BMI, total muscle mass, and number of knees affected SIGNIFICANCE The 30-second chair stand test is associated with the WOMAC function domain. There is no correlation of this domain with any other functional tests, emphasizing the importance of including other tests for a global evaluation.Fast pyrolysis offers a promising efficient way for the resourceful disposal of waste tires and heating rate was a key influence factor on products properties. However, the heating rates of the widely used experimental apparatus (like thermogravimetric) were generally outside the scope of most fast pyrolysis devices. To better guide actual pyrolysis process, the present study focused on the effects of high heating rates (ranged from 60 to 6000 °C/min) on products distribution and sulfur transformation during waste tires pyrolysis. And experiments were conducted at temperatures from 425 °C to 575 °C by using a self-designed photothermal reactor. The results showed that increasing heating rates posed slight effect on the products yields at 425 °C while obviously decreased char yield by forming more gases at higher temperatures. Moreover, high heating rates promoted the fast cracking of tires to form more radical fragments, leading to the formation of numerous small-molecule H2, CH4 and H2S. Meanwhile, secondary reactions among nascent volatiles remarkably increased the fraction or aromatic compounds in the pyrolytic tar especially at 500 °C and 575 °C. Although high heating rates hardly changed the carbon distribution characteristics in the char, increasing heating rate from 60 to 600 °C/min significantly reduced sulfur content in the char, regardless of the final pyrolysis temperature. These findings were believed to well support the application of fast pyrolysis technique for the disposal of waste tires.Mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) are modern tools in regenerative therapies of humans and animals owed to their immunomodulatory properties, which are activated in a pro-inflammatory environment. Different preconditioning strategies had been devised to enhance the immunomodulatory properties of MSC. In this research, we evaluated the immunological attributes of equine adipose MSC (eAMSC) before and after preconditioning in vitro with prostaglandin E2 (PGE2), substance P (SP), their combination and IFNγ. PGE2/SP was the best combination to keep or enhance the mesodermal lineage differentiation of eAMSC. Alongside with this, preconditioning of eMSC with PGE2 and SP did not affect expression of stemness MSC surface phenotype CD90+, CD44+, MHC class I+, MHC class II- and CD45-, assessed by cytometry. Both naïve and preconditioned eAMSC expressed genes related with immune properties, such as MHC-I, PTGES, IL6, IL1A, TNFα and IL8 assessed by qPCR. Only TNFα was under expressed in treated cells, while the other markers oned cells resembled the mesenchymal-epithelial transition (MET). Here we showed that the combined use of PGE2 and SP provoked in overall the highest expression of anti-inflammatory markers as well as lead to an increased acquisition of a T-regulatory phenotype in preconditioned eAMSC without affecting their "stemness".
