Results For 1 415 subjectsthe prevalence of abnormal blood glucose was 21.2%, the prevalence of diabetes was 8.3%.The prevalence of abnormal total cholesterol was 40.4%, the prevalence of hypercholesterolemia was 11.3%.The prevalence of abnormal triglyceride was 41.6%, the prevalence of hypertriglyceridemia was 24.7%.The detection rate of Low-density Lipoprotein was 17.3%, the detection rate of Low-density Lipoprotein was 4.0%, and the detection rate of high-density Lipoprotein was 1.3%. Multiple logistic regression model analysis showed that shift work, the low level of self-efficacy and the low level of optimism was positively associated with abnormal blood glucose, respectively (P less then 0.05). Shift work was positively associated with abnormal triglyceride (P less then 0.05). However, there was no interaction between shift work, low self-efficacy, low hope, low resilience, and low optimism on abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism. Conclusion Shift work was a risk factor of abnormal blood glucose and triglyceride, self-efficacy and optimism were protective factors of abnormal blood glucose. There was no multiplicative interaction between shift work and psychological capital on abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism in the study population.Objective To analyze the mediating effect of psychological capital (PsyCap) between occupational stress and suicidal ideation. Methods In September 2017, stratified-cluster sampling method was adopted to select employees of an electronic manufacturing service industry as respondents for a questionnaire survey in Jiangsu province. The demographic characteristics of employees were collected. A total of 2 465 employees were investigated, and 2 216 valid questionnaires were collected. The level of occupational stress and PsyCap was assessed by the Effort-Reward Imbalance Scale(ERI)and PsyCap Questionnaire. Results The age of 2 216 employees was (28.70±5.26) years old, including 1 230 males (55.5%). The scores of occupational stress on effort, reward and over-commitment were (3.08±0.63), (3.73±0.60) and (2.51±0.68), respectively. The average ERI index (ratio of effort to return) was (0.88±0.39). The total score of PsyCap was (86.62±15.23). The detection rate of suicidal ideation within two weeks was 13.9% (309/2 216). The average score of effort and over-commitment and the ERI index were positively correlated with the number of suicidal ideation detected within two weeks, with correlation coefficients about 0.081, 0.141 and 0.164, respectively. The average score of reward and total score of PsyCap were negatively correlated with the number of suicidal ideation detected within two weeks, with correlation coefficients about -0.206 and -0.228, respectively. The mediating effect results showed that PsyCap had mediating effect on the effort, reward, over-commitment and suicidal ideation of occupational stress respectively, with mediating effect values of -0.087 (95%CI -0.018,-0.019), -0.299 (95%CI -0.428,-0.200) and 0.096 (95%CI 0.0394, -0.170). The mediating effect percentages were 9.43%, 17.92%, and 9.54%, respectively. Conclusion PsyCap has a mediating effect between effort, reward, over-commitment of occupational stress and suicidal ideation.Objective To explore the correlation of job monotony and social support on daily hassle. Multivariate logistic regression model was used to analyze the correlation of job monotony and social support on daily hassle. Results The age of 1 466 subjects was (44.47±8.0) years and the length of service was (20.46±5.77) years. There were 464(31.7%) and 1 002(68.3%) subjects with high and low daily tension respectively. Compared with the low level of job monotony, the high level of job monotony had a higher risk of daily hassle(OR=4.83,P less then 0.001), and compared with the high level of social support, the middle and low level of social support had a higher risk of daily hassle(OR=1.25, 2.24,P less then 0.05). Conclusion Job monotony and social support were associated with daily hassle.Objective To explore the relationship between the worker-occupation fit and occupational stress in nurses. Methods Convenience sampling method was used to collect 1 463 nurses from one general hospital and three specialized hospitals from July to October 2019. Depression-anxiety-stress scale (DASS-21) was used to assess the level of occupational stress. Pearson correlation and multivariate logistic regression model were used to analyze the relationship between the worker-occupation fit and occupational stress. Results The average age of 1 463 nurses was (31.8±7.2) years, and 92.3% (n=1 350) of nurses were female. 47.2% (n=690) of nurses had occupational stress and the mean score of worker-occupation fit was (34.4±6.1). The worker-occupation fit and occupational stress had a significant negative correlation (r=-0.472, P less then 0.001). The moderate and high level of the worker-occupation fit, characteristic fit, need supply fit, and demand ability fit had protective effects on occupational stress based on the outcome of multivariate logistic regression model [OR (95%CI) were 0.
