To those uterine tumor patients with local suspicious lesions or poor prognostic factors after CF-252 neutron intracavity and external radiotherapy, extrafascial hysterectomy is a safe and feasible treatment method.Objective To investigate the relationship between total prostate specific antigen (TPSA), free prostate specific antigen/total prostate specific antigen [RAT (F/T)], Gleason score, other factors and the whole-body bone plane imaging which was used to evaluate the bone metastasis of prostate cancer (PCa), and the diagnostic value of the abnormal concentration of bone imaging agent for single lesion. Methods A retrospective analysis of (99)Tc(m)-methylene diphosphonate ((99)Tc(m)-MDP) whole-body bone imaging data of 93 patients with confirmed PCa in The First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University from Jan 2018 to Jan 2019 was conducted. The bone metastasis was diagnosed by whole-body bone imaging. The factors related to PCa bone metastasis, including age, TPSA, RAT (F/T), Gleason score were analyzed by Chi-square test and logistic two-class regression. The optimal cut-off point of TPSA was defined by receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve. The region of interest (ROI) technique was used to repeatedly delineate the lesion (T) and the background area (NT) outside the bone and calculate the abnormal concentration value of bone imaging agent (T-NT)/NT, and the ROC curve was used to determine its diagnostic value. Results The result of Chi-square analysis showed that Gleason score, TPSA and RAT (F/T) were associated with bone metastasis (P3.52 owns the best diagnosis effect for the single lesion of PCa.Objective To explore the relationship of early tumor shrinkage (ETS) and depth of response (DpR) with the prognosis and treatment effect of trastuzumab combined with chemotherapy as first-line treatment in advanced gastric cancer with epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER-2) positive. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical and pathological data of 23 patients with metastatic gastric adenocarcinoma diagnosed by imaging in The Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine from January 1st, 2008 to December 31th, 2017. Kaplan-Meier method and the log-rank test were used for the survival analysis. Cox regression was used to analyze the factors associated with prognosis. Results The objective response rate (ORR) of the 23 patients was 43.5% and the disease control rate (DCR) was 82.6%. Univariate analysis showed the median progress-free survival (mPFS) of ETS≥20% and ETS less then 20% were 13.0 months and 4.5 months, respectively, with statistical significance (P less then 0.001). The median overall survival (mOS) of ETS≥20% and ETS less then 20% were 26.8 months and 10.1 months, respectively, with statistical significance (P less then 0.001). The median progress-free survival (mPFS) of DpR≥15% and DpR less then 15% were 13.0 months and 4.5 months, respectively, with statistical significance (P=0.001). The median overall survival (mOS) of DpR≥15% and DpR less then 15% were 26.8 months and 9.5 months, respectively, with statistical significance (P less then 0.001). Multivariable Cox regression analysis revealed ETS was an independent factor of PFS (P=0.030), tumor site and Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) score were independent factors of OS (P less then 0.05). Conclusion ETS and DpR might be used to predict the treatment efficacy and prognosis of trastuzumab combined with chemotherapy as the first-line treatment of HER-2 positive gastric cancer.Objective To evaluate the cost effectiveness of primary prophylaxis (PP) with pegylated recombinant human granulocyte colony stimulating factor (PEG-rhG-CSF), PP with recombinant human granulocyte colony stimulating factor (rhG-CSF) and no prophylaxis in women with early-stage breast cancer in China. Methods Two phase Markov models were constructed for a hypothetical cohort of patients aged 45 with stage Ⅱ breast cancer. The first phase modelled costs and outcomes of 4 cycles docetaxel combined with cyclophosphamide [TC×4, febrile neutropenia (FN) risk>20%] chemotherapy, which assumptions based on literature reviews, including FN rates [base-case (deterministic sensitivity analysis range), 0.29 (0.24-0.35)] and related events [FN case-fatality, 3.4 (2.7-4.1)]. Real-time quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR) was used to detect the expressions of DLEU1, miR-513a-5p, RANBP2 in nephroblastoma tissues, normal adjacent tissues, normal kidney cell HK2, and hemangioblastoma cell GHINK-1. Western blot was used to detect the expressions of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA), B cell lymphoma/leukemia-2 (Bcl-2) and Bcl-2 related X (Bax).
