Emotions are feelings that appear as a result of an event or a person’s mood. They depend on the events and moods. For example when a person experiences good thing or his or her mood is good, better emotions appear on his or her. Everything around us may affect our emotions even a rainy day makes us feel bad or melancholic. Now I am going to talk about some negative and positive emotions. Firstly i want to talk about positive ones. Happiness and being cheerful, a lot of thing may make you feel happy for example when you hear good news, you feel happy or even a little kind word makes us happy. I feel happy when I know that I don’t have to wake up early and I don’t have any assignment to do. Another positive emotion is feeling relaxed. When you get over the stressing times, when you don’t have any responsibility you feel relaxed. For example after a tiring stressful day, when you come your home and lie through the sofa, you feel relaxed. And finally feeling motivated. This emotion is the best thing that helps you to accomplish your goal. When you focus on the prizes that you will have after you accomplished your goal, you feel motivated. Now I am going to talk about negative emotions. Fear is one of the basic emotions that we have. When you feel that you can’t take the control and you know that something bad will happen, you feel the fear. Another negative emotion is anxiety. When you don’t know the consequences of an event or when you feel that your skills are not enough to handle something that is expected from you, you feel anxious. And finally anger. We got angry a lot of times. For example when you are denigrated or when you realize that you were cheated by someone you may feel angry. But we should not forget that who starts up in anger sits down with a loss.
