The main objective is to explore the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scan, multislice spiral computed tomography (MSCT) three-dimensional reconstruction combined with plain film X-ray in spiral injuries.
By means of retrospective study, the data of 100 patients with spiral injury treated in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were retrospectively analyzed, and all patients received MRI scan, MSCT three-dimensional reconstruction, and plain film X-ray examination, and by taking the operation results as the reference, the diagnostic results of different diagnostic modalities were analyzed, and the accordance rates (diagnostic result/surgical result × 100%) of the three diagnostic modalities and their combination were calculated, respectively.
Among the 100 patients, 52 cases (52%) had a fracture at the anterior column of the spine, 28 cases (28%) had a fracture at the middle column of the spine, and 20 cases (20%) had a fracture at the posterior column of spine; 24 cases (lt of X-ray plain film can be examined by MRI and MSCT to observe the spinal injury comprehensively.
The purpose was to explore the diagnostic value and application of prenatal magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and ultrasound (US) in fetal cleft lip and palate.
From January 2018 to December 2019, 39 pregnant women without normal fetal maxillofacial structure or with fetal maxillofacial deformity under US examination in our hospital were selected as the study subjects. Not knowing the clinical data of the pregnant women, MRI and US physicians performed diagnostic analysis on the MRI or US images of all the study subjects and analyzed the results of prenatal MRI and US diagnosis and postpartum follow-up to compare the diagnostic efficacy and confidence of MRI and US.
The follow-up found that there were 20 cases of cleft lip, 15 cases of cheilopalatognathus, 3 cases of cleft palate, and 1 case of unilateral cleft lip with alveolar cleft, with a total of 39 cases having cleft lip and palate deformity. MRI and US had the same efficacy in the diagnosis of cleft lip. As for cleft palates, the diagnostic accuracy of MRI (94.87%) was significantly better than that of US (48.72%,
< 0.001). The diagnostic confidence of fetal cleft lip and palate by MRI (89.73%) was significantly better than that of US (43.59%,
< 0.001). The AUC of US (0.597) was significantly less than that of MRI (0.940), indicating that the diagnostic accuracy of US was not as good as that of MRI (
< 0.05). The sensitivity and 1 - specificity of MRI were significantly higher than those of US.
MRI is more accurate than US in the diagnosis of fetal cleft lip and palate, and MRI can be the preferred method for prenatal detection of cleft lip and palate, thus providing more accurate opinions and information for perinatal pregnant women.

To explore the application value of pelvic magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scan combined with serum pyruvate kinase isozyme M2 (PKM2), neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin (NGAL), and soluble leptin receptor (sOB-R) detection in diagnosing endometrial carcinoma (EC).
The clinical data of 45 patients with pathologically confirmed EC treated in our hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients received pelvic MRI scan, serum PKM2, NGAL and sOB-R detection was performed, and the combination of the two was performed so as to analyze the diagnostic application value of the three modalities.
Compared with the joint detection, the number of true positive cases, sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy rate obtained by a single application of pelvic MRI or serum PKM2, NGAL, and sOB-R detection were obviously lower; the area under the ROC curve of the joint detection was obviously larger than that of single detection; the results of the joint detection were better than those of single detection (
< 0.05); the combined diagnosis obtained the highest sensitivity.
Combining pelvic MRI with serum PKM2, NGAL, and sOB-4 detection can effectively promote the diagnostic accuracy for EC, presenting significant clinical diagnostic value.

In this article, we utilize bioinformatics to analyze three data sets including TCGA-BRCA, GSE96058, and GSE25066 and discover that breast cancer samples could be divided into 4 subtypes, which are quiescent, m6A methylation, protein-binding, and mixed, clarified by the expression level of m6A-related genes. R-survival analysis results also prove that the survival rate of breast cancer samples of the four subtypes significantly varies and remarkable differences in the number of exons' skip among the four subtypes can be seen according to the analysis of breast cancer gene expression characteristics. The study included 100 teenagers with ophthalmic diseases treated at our hospital between July 2015 and August 2021, including 58 individuals with simple high myopia astigmatism (73 eyes in the simple high myopia astigmatism group) and 42 teenagers with subclinical keratoconus (51 eyes in the subclinical keratoconus group). The corneal parameters of the two groups were measured with a Pentacam anterior segment analyzer, and we compared the thinnest corneal thickness, anterior (posterior) vertex height of the thinnest point of the cornea, index of vertical asymmetry (IVA), index of height descent (IHD), and the average corneal pachymetric progression index. The receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC) was drawn to evaluate the value of various parameters and combined diagnostic factor Y in the differential diagnosis of high myopia astigmatism and the average corneal progression index (Z = 4.125) (P less then 0.05). Using the Pentacam anterior segment analyzer, differential diagnoses can be made for high myopia, astigmatism, and subclinical keratoconus.Endometrial cancer (UCEC) is very common in gynecological diseases and ranks second in the death cause of gynecological cancer in developed countries. The connection between the overall survival of UCEC patients and immune invasion of the tumor microenvironment is positive. The PARVG gene has not been given notice in cancer, and its mechanism is unknown. The research utilized TCGA data to test the function of PARVG in UCEC. The manifestation of PARVG in UCEC was studied by GEPIA. By assessing the survival module, the authors learned the impact of PARVG on the survival of people with UCEC and then obtained UCEC information from TCGA. This study uses logistic regression to prove the possible relationship between PARVG expression and clinical information. It can also effectively reduce the risk of postoperative complications, which is conducive to improve the postoperative quality of life and self-image satisfaction of patients.
Based on a retrospective case-control study, this study aims to explore the effect of holistic nursing in operating room based on PDCA (plan, do, check, and action) process and evidence-based nursing (EBN) in a ear, nose, and throat operating room.
About 200 patients who underwent otorhinolaryngology surgery in our hospital from January 2019 to September 2021 were enrolled. According to the difference of nursing mode, patients were assigned into a control group and study group; holistic nursing in operating room was included in control group, and holistic nursing in the operating room based on PDCA and EBN was included in study group. selleck chemical Nursing satisfaction, hypothermia, chills, restlessness, related indexes of operating room, nursing quality scores of operating room, and individual quality control scores were compared.
First of all, we compared the nursing satisfaction, the study group was very satisfied in 69 cases, satisfactory in 30 cases, general in 1 case, the satisfaction rate was 100.00%, while in the control group, 46 cases were very satisfied, 34 cases were satisfied, 13 cases were general, and 7 cases were dissatisfied, the satisfaction rate was 93.
