Muscle relaxation training is a method of gradually relaxing the whole body by consciously controlling the process of muscle contraction and relaxation, which is mostly used to improve the physical and mental health of breast cancer patients and improve the quality of life of patients. We conducted a systematic review to compare the effects of muscle relaxation training and conventional nursing on the psychological health and quality of life (QoL) of breast cancer patients. The results of this study provide a basis for nursing program selection of breast cancer patients.
The PubMed, EMbase, Web of Science, The Cochrane Library, China national knowledge infrastructure (CNKI), WanFang Data, (China Biology Medicine disc) CBM, and WWW.CQVIP.COM (VIP) databases were searched to retrieve articles on randomized controlled trials (RCTs) or quasi-RCTs on the effects of muscle relaxation training on the mental health and QoL of breast cancer patients. The search period ran from the establishment of the databases tomotions.

The protocol accounts for (1) the nested hierarchy of the data with weeks nested in persons, and persons nested in weeks, and (2) the temporal nature of the behavior at the early, mid, and late periods of each week. To manage and analyze such data in a general way, we first give an illustration of the data structure. Thereafter, we propose a five-step Courtney-Fanguy-Costley protocol that (1) considers the data structure, (2) defines the levels of data, (3) considers variable variation, timing, and necessary aggregation, (4) ensures necessary variation, and (5) specifies null and mixed-effects models. We also provide exemplary R code for readers to replicate our approach.•A general five-step protocol for analyzing repeated measures of online group behavior is offered.•A description of the complex nested data structure is offered.•Users can simulate data in R to run through the protocol.International datasets on economy-wide material flows currently fail to comprehensively cover the quantitatively most important materials and countries, to provide centennial coverage and to differentiate between processing stages. These data gaps hamper research and policy on resource use. Herein, we present and document the data processing and compilation procedures applied to develop a novel economy-wide database of primary stock-building material flows systematically covering 177 countries from 1900- 2016. The main methodological novelty is the consistent integration of material flow accounting and analysis principles and thereby addresses limitations in terms of transparency, data quality and uncertainty treatment. The database systematically discerns four processing stages from raw materials extraction, to processing of raw and semi-finished products, to manufacturing of stock-building materials. Included materials are concrete, asphalt, bricks, timber products, paper, iron & steel, aluminium, copper, lead, zinc, other metals, plastics, container and flat glass. The database is compiled using international and national data sources, using a transparent and consistent 10-step procedure, as well as a systematic uncertainty assessment. Apart from a detailed documentation of the data compilation, validations of the database using data from previous studies and additional uncertainty estimates are presented. • Systematically compiled historical database of primary stock-building material flows for 177 countries. • Consistent integration of economy-wide material flow accounting and detailed material flow analysis principles. • Methodological enhancements in terms of transparency, data quality and uncertainty treatment.This paper presents a method to estimate institutional environment indexes using fuzzy modeling. Because of the complexity of the subject, institution, elements associated with this thinking are difficult to measure and compare. In order to address this problem, this research presents how a fuzzy inference system works and how to create institutional indexes from it. While methods that analyze institutional environments generally use secondary data from countries or regions provided by international organizations, the illustrative case applied to aquaculture in Brazil demonstrates the effectiveness of using this method to generate indexes related to the subject from primary data collected at the firm level. Furthermore, the combined use of this method with others already used in the institutional literature can be valuable both for researchers and public policy makers who seek to increasingly understand the role of institutions in economic performance.•Uses a Mamdani expert system of MIMO type to estimate institutional indexes.•Institutional ambient scores related to tilapia production in Brazil are presented.•The combined use of the method with others can be valuable for the research field.The Saint-Venant equations are usually used for simulation of unsteady flow in various hydraulic environments including tidal estuaries and adjacent river sections called tidal rivers. These equations form the basis of most contemporary one-dimensional hydrodynamic models. Unlike lowland rivers, tidal rivers are characterized by the high variability of hydraulic resistance during a tidal cycle. The rapid variation in hydrodynamic conditions reflects changes in the ratio of forces responsible for the water movement (gravity, inertia, friction). The expression and the parametrization of the flow resistance for the unsteady currents usually are the same as for the uniform flows. As a result, the friction slope can be calculated as the hydraulic gradient from Chezy, Chezy-Manning or Darcy-Weisbach equations. The proposed method was developed to measure, calculate and analyze the variation of the friction factor in tidal rivers and estuaries characterized by reverse flow.•The method allows to identify the range of every term in the Saint-Venant momentum equation and to evaluate the contribution of different forces causing water movement during a tidal cycle.•The experimental evaluation of the friction factor and the range of its variation is a key point for accurate hydrodynamic modeling of tidal rivers.Glomalin-related soil protein (GRSP) is recalcitrant compound in the soil and sediment and plays a crucial role in metal transportation. However, potential metal speciation changes during GRSP extraction remain unreported. Here, a feasible GRSP extraction and purification procotol is described for robust determination of GRSP-bound metal(loid)s. Several spectrum patterns measured before and after GRSP extraction indicate that the GRSP extraction process does not significantly affect the mineral state of the samples. Potential bias generated by simultaneous metal release during GRSP extraction can be effectively eliminated by applying complete and independent dialysis.•Na signal appeared in the X-ray photoelectron survey spectrum after GRSP extraction, suggesting that Na exchange may be a critical process in releasing metal(loid)s.•Element maps obtained using secondary ion mass spectroscopy exhibited different distribution of C-N and Fe after GRSP extraction, thus suggesting that uncoupling of the Fe-organic framework occurred during GRSP extraction, which could result in the release of organic matter and metal(loid)s.•European Community Bureau of Reference (BCR) subsequent extraction reveals that most of the metal(loid)s were extracted from the acid-exchangeable and residual fraction during GRSP extraction. Remarkable differences in the GRSP-bound metal content before and after dialysis implied that the dialysis could remove most metal(loid)s.Cognitive Remediation Therapy (CRT) represents the gold standard treatment for cognitive impairment in schizophrenia, but the permanence of its effects over time have been poorly investigated. Our study aims to evaluate long lasting cognitive and functional effects of CRT together with standard rehabilitation interventions (SRT) in a group of patients diagnosed with schizophrenia, 10 years after the end of the treatment. Forty patients, previously included in a 5-year follow-up study evaluating the effects of CRT combined with SRT, were revalued 10 years after the complete of the intervention. Results revealed that cognitive and functional improvements of combined CRT/SRT interventions are still preserved 10 years after the end of the treatments, with the only exception of psychomotor speed and coordination cognitive subdomain. Moreover, investigating persistence of the influence of SRT, patients that underwent a shorter SRT following CRT (six months vs one year) showed worsened processing speed abilities. This is the first study confirming that cognitive and functional improvements of joint CRT/SRT interventions are still conserved 10 years after the end of the treatments. Preliminary datas suggest that a longer SRT following CRT may lead to significant benefits, in terms of cognitive gains, in patients affected by schizophrenia.This article has been withdrawn at the request of the editor. This study investigates the relationships among perceived built environment, walking attitudes, walking behavior, physical and mental state, and the impact of COVID-19. A cross-sectional survey was conducted among undergraduate students (N = 429) at Dalian University of Technology, China, on September 20 (Sunday) and 21 (Monday), 2020. The survey questionnaire included questions related to socio-demographic factors, perceived environment (accessibility, road condition and safety, and aesthetics), walking attitudes, walking behavior (number of walking trips), physical and mental state, and the impact of pandemic. Subsequently, two structural equation models (SEMs) were developed to analyze the proposed conceptual framework. The empirical results indicated that the SEMs fit the data well, thereby validating the conceptual framework. Perceived environment (especially accessibility), attitudes, and walking behavior significantly influenced physical and mental state. Perceived environment mediated the effects between attitudes and walking behavior and physical and mental state. The pandemic negatively impacted attitudes and physical and mental state. The effect of perceived accessibility on walking behavior and that of walking behavior on physical and mental state were stronger on weekends, whereas the effects of attitudes and the pandemic on physical and mental state were stronger on weekdays. https://www.selleckchem.com/products/srt2104-gsk2245840.html The findings indicate that universities should implement appropriate strategies to improve the objective and subjective built environment, especially accessibility, and cultivate positive attitudes among students to promote walking and improve physical and mental health during COVID-19.
