To determine the best time for conducting cesarean section for the establishment of an animal model of lung development with specific pathogen free (SPF) preterm Bama minipigs under the condition of not making medical interventions such as hyperoxia, mechanical ventilation, or medication.

SPF Bama sows at gestational day (GD) 113, GD107, GD104, GD101, and GD98 were selected and cesarean sections were performed. Then, the viability of the preterm piglets were observed. Based on their general data, viability, and paraffin sections stained with hematoxylin and eosin, the best time for performing cesarean section in order to build a SPF preterm pig model of lung development was determined.

Cesarean sections were performed on a total of 7 sows and 55 piglets were delivered, among which 25 were still alive 3 hours after delivery. Seven piglets of GD104 and all piglets of GD107 and GD113 survived, while piglets of GD98 and GD101 all died. The survival rate of piglets of GD104 was 33.33% (7/21). Piglets of GD98 already possessed fully developed physical appearance and lung shape. Piglets from GD104 had better lung expansion and higher density of thin-walled alveoli. The lungs of GD107 piglets were basically fully expanded, and the density of thin-walled alveoli was almost the same as that of normal full-term piglets.

Findings of this study suggest that SPF preterm piglets of GD104 with no specific pathogen exposure and no medical intervention can be used to establish a SPF preterm pig model of lung development.

To understand the basic public health service (BPHS) tasks and workload of the township hospitals in Sichuan Province and to provide empirical evidence for improving the allocation of human resources (HR) and the quality of BPHS in township hospitals.

Retrospective survey was conducted to collect information regarding the actual working hours per unit time of service of BPHS. Information on the service volume and unit service time of BPHS tasks for 2018 was collected in 7 township hospitals in an economically developed area and an area of moderate economic development. Estimated HR required to cover the BPHS tasks was calculated based on the survey data of actual work time.

The time required for the basic units of various BPHS tasks varied greatly. The top four most time-consuming services showing consistent results in the the two regions were health education, health supervision and coordination, management of children aged 0-6 and maternal care management. Institutions in the area of moderate economic, the strengthening of grassroots professional training, and optimization of information technology will help improve the competence and quality of grassroots services.

A multi-phase stratified cluster sampling method was adopted to select the survey respondents. Professionally trained surveyors made home visits in order to conduct face-to-face questionnaire surveys in person. European Quality of Life Five Dimension Five Level Scale (EQ-5D-5L) and a self-developed social capital scale were used to investigate the quality of life and social capital of the respondents. Factor analysis and Cronbach's
coefficient test were done to verify the reliability and validity of the self-developed social capital scale. The

test and robust Tobit regression model were used to analyze the impact of social capital on the quality of life of patients with chronic non-communicable diseases.

The self-developed social capital scale showed excellent performance. The Cronbach's
coefficient was 0.728, the KMO value was 0.716, and the result of Bartlett's test of sphe community environment and expanding interpersonal networks help improve the health of patients.
To analyze the behavioral factors influencing of new hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection in diabetic patients, so as to provide evidence for reducing the risk of new HBV infection in diabetic patients.

A nested case-control study was conducted to follow up and observe 4 586 diabetic patients. The 114 diabetic patients who newly developed HBV infection during the follow-up period were selected as the case group, and 228 diabetic patients who did not develop HBV infection in the same period were selected as the control group from the cohort population at a matching ratio of 1∶2 according to the age ±2 years. Questionnaire surveys and laboratory examinations were conducted in the cohort. The contents of the questionnaire included family history of hepatitis B, history of trauma, history of receiving/donating blood, individual-related behavioral characteristics, diabetes severity, and behavior related to diabetes treatment and management. In addition, the blood samples of the cohort were tested for hepatitis B ew HBV infection.

To understand the status of depression and its influencing factors in the middle-aged and older adult populations aged 45 and above in China on the basis of data from the 2018 China Family Panel Studies (CFPS), and to provide empirical evidence for the improvement of the mental health of the middle-aged and older adults and the alleviation of their depressive symptoms.

The source of the research data was the 2018 CFPS. The Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale (CES-D) was used to assess the prevalence of depression. A two-level two-category unconditional logistics regression method was used to analyze the influencing factors of the prevalence of depressive symptoms.

The 80th percentile interval score of depression score was used as the critical value, and the detection rate of depressive symptoms was 23.61%. It was more likely for women to suffer from depressive symptoms than it was for men. Widowed individuals were at an even higher risk for having depression. To explore the efficacy and mechanism of using 3-n-butylphthalide (NBP) in combination with bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) in the treatment of experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE) in mice.

Myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein (MOG35-55) was used for the induction and establishment of the EAE model in C57BL/6 mice. The mice were randomly assigned to the EAE group, which received intraperitoneal injection of phosphate-buffered saline (PBS), the NBP-treated EAE group, or the NBP group, which received intraperitoneal injection of NBP, the BMSCs transplantion EAE group, or the BMSCs group, which received BMSCs injected into the lateral ventricle and intraperitoneal injection of PBS, and the BMSCs and NBP combination treatment EAE group, or the BMSCs+NBP group, which received BMSCs injected into the lateral ventricle and intraperitoneal injection of NBP. Each group had 10 mice, while ten normal mice were used as the blank control group receiving intraperitoneal injection of PBS.
