al prognostic markers for the prognosis of childhood OS, and the underlying molecular mechanisms of childhood OS have been identified.To analyze risk factors associated with heterotopic pregnancy and the uterine pregnant outcome of those patients after surgery.We retrospectively analyzed 22 patients diagnosed as HP after in vitro fertilization (IVF) between January 2015 and December 2018.HP was diagnosed at gestation age of 55.4 ± 11.8 days. HP were presented as irregular vaginal bleeding, abdominal pain, and sometimes no symptoms. 81.8% of ectopic lesion in HP occurred at fallopian tubes, especially ampullary; cornual pregnancy takes up 13.6%. Compared with clinical intrauterine pregnancy (IUP), IVF with tubal infertility factors had higher risks of HP (OR 4.185, 95% CI 1.080- 16.217); IVF with pelvic adhesion also had higher risks of HP (OR 5.552 95% CI 1.677-18.382); IVF with more than 2 embryos transferred increased risks of HP (OR 23.253, 95% CI 1.804-299.767). The abortion rates of surgery-treated HP and IUP after IVF were 27.8% versus 10.3% (P = .042).These results demonstrate IVF with tubal infertility, pelvic adhesion or multiembryos transfer are risk factors of HP. Furthermore, surgery could induce abortion.Levodopa-carbidopa intestinal gel (LCIG) is a method of continuous administration of levodopa - the standard treatment in Parkinson disease (PD, a neurodegenerative disorder characterized by resting tremor, rigidity, gait impairment, and bradykinesia), thought to reduce the short-life and pulsatile problems of oral administration. We aimed to study the effects of Levodopa-Carbidopa therapy in 2 separate groups one with intrajejunal administration of Levodopa-Carbidopa gel and the second with oral therapy.We performed an observational retrospective Romanian cohort study on 61 patients diagnosed with PD patients, with Hoehn and Jahr 3 and 4 stages, recruited from a single regional tertiary center in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, between 2009 and 2019.The mean adjusted UPDRS III (and similarly for UPDRS II) improved in the LCIG compared to the oral therapy group with 15.6 (95% CI 12.0-19.2, P  less then  .001), and with 18.4 (95% CI 13.8-22.9, P  less then  .001), stratified for the Hoehn and Jahr stages 3 and 4. Amplified in breast cancer 1 (AIB1) expression is known to be involved in the initiation and progression of malignant breast cancer (BC), but its prognostic role remains uncertain. This meta-analysis assessed reported studies to evaluate this relationship.

Electronic databases were systematically reviewed to collect eligible studies using pre-established criteria. Hazard ratios (HRs) or odds ratios (ORs) and 95% confidence intervals (CIs) were pooled to estimate the impact of AIB1 protein expression on overall survival (OS) and clinicopathologic properties of BC cases.

Nine eligible studies, including 6774 patients, were finally assessed by the current clinical meta-analysis. AIB1 positivity correlated with reduced OS (pooled HR = 1.409, 95% CI 1.159-1.714, P = .001). AIB1 overexpression also impacted prognosis as shown by univariate (pooled HR = 1.420, 95% CI 1.154-1.747, P = .001) and multivariate (pooled HR = 1.446, 95% CI 1.099-1.956; P = .009) analyses. Notably, subgroup analyses also revealed that target in BC.
This analysis demonstrated that AIB1 overexpression is related to aggressive phenotypes and unfavorable clinical outcomes in BC, and might involve in tamoxifen resistance. AIB1 may be a new prognostic biomarker and therapeutic target in BC.
This study uses a method of systematic evaluation to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of heated humidified high-flow nasal cannula (HHHFNC) as an initial ventilation method in the treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome (NRDS) scientifically. In the field of evidence-based medicine, this study provides a theoretical reference and basis for choosing appropriate initial non-invasive ventilation methods in the treatment of NRDS, thereby providing assistance for clinical treatment.

The main electronic network databases were searched by computer, including 4 Chinese databases CNKI, WangFang Data, CQVIP, SinoMed and 3 English databases PubMed, The Cochrane Library and EMBASE, the time range of retrieval from the beginning of each database to September 1, 2020. Knee osteoarthritis (KOA) is a worldwide disease and more and more people are suffered from it. With the increasing number of patients, it brings a huge burden on social economy and security system. There are varieties of methods to cure KOA, such as Traditional Chinese Medicine and surgery. Needle knife therapy plus Sodium hyaluronate Injection is one of the prevalent treatments for KOA. Therefore, we perform a systematic review and meta-analysis to evaluate the evidence for the treatment of needle knife therapy plus sodium hyaluronate Injection.

Randomized controlled trials will be used to compare the effect of needle knife therapy plus sodium hyaluronate injection with needle knife alone for KOA patients. Six studies will be included in this meta-analysis, and the relative risk and weight mean difference with 95% CI for the Lysholm knee score, visual analogue scale, and effective rate will be evaluated by using RevMan 5.3 software. Besides, the bias assessment of the included studies will be evaluated using the Cochrane risk of bias tool, and the Grading of Recommendations, Assessment Development, and Evaluation system will be applied to assess the overall quality of the evidence.
