Futbol
Çocuk yaşlarda amatör bir futbol kulübünde oynadım. 2018 yılında futbolu bıraktım.
Şu anda hafta 5 gün düzenli olarak fitness yapıyorum. Çalışma saatlerim değiştiği için egzersiz saatlerim sabah veya öğlen olabiliyor. Bir ay yakındır fitnes yapıyorum ve genel olarak haftada 5 gün düzenli olarak gidiyorum.
Sağlık Geçmişi:
Sağ ve sol kolumda bilek kırığı
Sol elimde 16 kırık
Sağ dizimde askerlik sırasında sakatlanma
Genel sağlık durumum iyi; başka bir sağlık problemim yok.
Hedefler:
Estetik ve güçlü bir vücuda sahip olma
Spor yaparak fiziksel ve mental olarak güçlenme
Kişisel Danışma Talebi:
Son zamanlarda zor bir dönemden geçiyorum ve bu süreçte kendimi oldukça güçsüz hissediyorum. Kendimi yeniden güçlü hissetmek için spor yapmaya başladım. Hem estetik hem de güç anlamında daha iyi bir vücuda sahip olmayı hedefliyorum. Bu süreçte deneyiminiz ve rehberliğiniz benim için çok değerli olacak. Spor konusunda öneri ve rehberliğinizi almak istiyorum.
