This paper presents the climate data that are selected based on the framework developed by Vandemeulebroucke et al. The first climate file is a long-term 30-year climate file. Using this climate file is the most reliable, but computationally expensive. This climate file is recommended for academics having sufficient computational power. The second file is a Moisture Reference Year (MRY), which is one year of climate data that represents the 90th percentile of moisture stress on building envelopes. The MRY is selected based on a climate index that is critical for many applications, i.e. the free wind-driven rain load. The reference year is called a generic climate-based MRY. The latter climate file is recommended for building consultants or academics performing very large studies, as it requires less computational power at the cost of a lower level of detail.

Studies were included if they reported on the population (emergency callers and call-takers), concept (psychological, physical and communication barriers and facilitators impacting the initiation and performance of B-CPR) and context (studies that analysed OHCA emergency calls).

Medline, CINAHL, Cochrane CENTRAL, Embase, Scopus and ProQuest were searched from inception to 9 March 2022.

This paper aims to understand the real-life problems of the current blood distribution network and to design a more rational blood distribution network by taking the characteristics of the blood supply chain into account. Two blood distribution network patterns are considered, the current single distribution centre pattern and the proposed multiple distribution centre pattern. In order to minimise environmental impacts, we introduce open vehicle routing problem for blood delivery routes planning, using mixed integer programming for modelling, to compare the carbon emissions between the two blood distribution network patterns. Numerical experimental results demonstrate that applying the proposed BDN can reduce carbon emissions by an average of 25.84% and up to 29.59%, and the delivery time in emergency situations is significantly reduced by an average of 33.15%. This study was a quantitative and descriptive survey. The respondents of this study were 156 GHHMs working in three general hospitals with 300 beds or more and one general hospital with 100 beds or more in one of the cities in South Korea. The survey data were obtained from September 20 to October 20, 2021, and a total of 156 responses were analyzed by multiple linear regression using IBM SPSS/WIN 24.0 program. Results of the study revealed that it can be said that the higher the good death perception and the higher the moral anguish, the better the EOL care performance. The total explanatory power was 23.4%, and good death perception and moral distress explained EOL care performance by 23.4%. Furthermore, the general hospital managers' good health perception, moral anguish improved the performance and work satisfaction among nurses. It was necessary to implement a systematic EOL care education program to facilitate quality EOL care. Communication problems and lack of time are obstacles to EOL care performance, so hospital managers and the head of the nursing department provide communication-related education to EOL care GHHMs and allocate appropriate manpower so that GHHMs can actively and efficiently perform EOL care. It can be said that the higher the good death perception, the higher the moral anguish, and the higher the degree of EOL care performance. (2) The framework of TES integrating PMH is proposed, and then the principles of BPNN and gray wolf optimization (GWO) algorithm are introduced, and the IGWO-BPNN model is constructed accordingly. (3) The convergence and fitness of the IGWO-BP model and the GWO-BP model are compared through experiments, which proves the superiority of the performance of the IGWO-BP model. The optimal model is constructed by selecting parameters, and then the output of the model is compared with the expert evaluation results, and the error is small. It is proved that the model has superior performance in evaluating the professional quality of teacher education. (4) This article selects three professional quality evaluation indicators of teacher education to compare the changes before and after the integration of PMH.
