To study the management of thrombus during direct coronary intervention in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI).
We retrospectively analyzed 332 acute myocardial infarction patients receiving coronary artery intervention in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2019. Among them, 221 patients received thrombus aspiration and 111 patients received thrombus aspiration combined with platelet membrane glycoproteins receptor antagonist. The propensity score matching 11 nearest neighbor matching method was adopted to match 50 cases of the two methods as the control group and the experimental group, respectively. read more The incidence rate of intraoperative and postoperative adverse reactions, the effective rate of treatment, the electrocardiogram (ECG) at 1 h after operation, and the echocardiographic results at 1 week after operation were compared between the two groups.
The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group, (P<0.05). The incidence rate of postoperative adverse reactions in the two groups did not statistically differ (P>0.05). The effective rate was found to be substantially higher in the experimental group when compared with that of the control group (P<0.05). The ECG 1 h after operation was in favor of the experimental group (P<0.05). The echocardiography results 1 week after operation were not statistically different in the two groups (P>0.05).
Thrombus aspiration combined with receptor antagonist yielded a desirable outcome in direct coronary intervention for AMI, and has a high application value.

To investigate the clinical significance of the expression levels of transient receptor potential vanilloid 5 (TRPV5) and Osteopontin (OPN) biomarkers for the diagnosis of early-stage urinary stones.
A total of 48 calcium-containing kidney stone patients admitted to our hospital between February 2018 and February 2019 were selected as the experimental group in this study, and another 48 age-matched stone-free healthy individuals were selected as the control group, and the expression levels of TRPV5 and OPN biomarkers in the two groups were examined and compared with respect to related indicators.
The urine oxalic acid content of the experimental group was found to be notably higher than the control group, while the citric acid content was lower; we observed higher levels of the 24-hour urine calcium content in the experimental group, while the citric acid/calcium ratio was remarkably lower; 24-hour urine magnesium and phosphorus levels of the two groups showed no marked difference; the mRNA expression levels of TRPV5 and OPN in the kidney tissues of the two groups were statistically different.
The level of TRPV5 in urinary calculi patients was found to be significantly lower, whereas the level of OPN was significantly higher than the normal control, thus TRPV5 and OPN biomarker levels can be used as diagnostic markers for early urinary calculi.

To explore the relationship between ApoE gene polymorphism and clinical efficacy of statins on lipidemia.
Peripheral venous blood was obtained from 220 patients with hyperlipidemia who were admitted to the outpatient department of our hospital. The potential relationship between ApoE gene polymorphism and clinical effect of statins was analyzed.
In the three isomers (E2, E3, E4) of ApoE, expression level of ApoE protein in ApoE4 gene carriers was significantly different from that in E2 or E3 gene carriers (both P<0.05). At the same time, both the decrease rate of total cholesterol (TC) in blood lipid and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and the rise rate of high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) in ApoE4 carriers after taking statins were much lower than those in non-ApoE4 patients (P<0.05).
ApoE gene polymorphism is associated with hyperlipidemia and has certain influence on the clinical efficacy of statins in treatment of hyperlipidemia.
