The results show that police victims have suffered severe emotional damage, which may affect their ability to continue in law enforcement. It is particularly noteworthy that some police officers received unequal treatment, which led to the breakdown of family and social relationships. Chinese police victims face severe emotional damage. They have suffered great mental pressure and bad social evaluation. A reasonable recovery plan is required to help police victims return to normal life. The recovery plan should aim to improve the lives of police victims, especially by helping them relieve stress.Previous studies have found some risk factors of cyberbullying. However, little is known about how mother phubbing may influence adolescent cyberbullying, and the mediating and moderating mechanisms underlying this relationship. "Phubbing," which is a portmanteau of "phone" and "subbing," refers to snubbing other people and focus on smartphones in social interactions. This study examined whether mother phubbing, which refers to being phubbed by one's mother, would be positively related to adolescent cyberbullying, whether perceived mother acceptance would mediate the relationship between mother phubbing and adolescent cyberbullying, and whether emotional stability would moderate the pathways between mother phubbing and adolescent cyberbullying. The sample consisted of 4,213 Chinese senior high school students (mean age 16.41 years, SD = 0.77, 53% were female). Participants completed measurements regarding mother phubbing, cyberbullying, perceived mother acceptance, and emotional stability. The results indicated that mother phubbing was positively related to cyberbullying, which was mediated by perceived mother acceptance. Further, moderated mediation analyses showed that emotional stability moderated the direct path between mother phubbing and cyberbullying and the indirect path between mother phubbing and perceived mother acceptance. This study highlighted the harmful impact of mother phubbing on adolescents by showing a positive association between mother phubbing and adolescent cyberbullying, as well as the underlying mechanisms between mother phubbing and adolescent cyberbullying.A lubricating microbicide gel designed for rectal and vaginal use would provide a behaviorally congruent strategy to enhance pre-exposure prophylaxis adherence and reduce HIV infection risk. In this study, we report the first-in-human evaluation of such a gel containing 1% IQP-0528, an investigational antiretroviral. Seven HIV-1-negative participants received one 10 mL rectal dose of radiolabeled 1% IQP-0528 gel. We assessed safety; IQP-0528 pharmacokinetics in plasma, and rectal and vaginal tissue; ex vivo local pharmacodynamics (PD); and colorectal distribution. The 1% gel was determined to be safe with one mild event attributed to study product and no effects on rectal tissue histology. All concentrations measured in plasma and vaginal tissue were below the limit of quantitation. Median IQP-0528 concentrations in rectal tissue exceeded the in vitro EC95 against HIV-1 (0.07 ng/mg) by 3-5 h of dosing and remained above this concentration for at least 24 h, despite a 3-log reduction in concentration over this duration of time. Rectal tissue PD-assessed by ex vivo HIV challenge-demonstrated significant p24 antigen reduction 3-5 h postdose compared with baseline (p = .05), but not 24-26 h postdose (p = .75). Single-photon emission computed tomography/computed tomography imaging revealed that product distribution was localized to the rectosigmoid. The IQP-0528 gel possesses desirable features for a topical microbicide including local safety with no systemic absorption, delivery of locally high IQP-0528 concentrations, and significant reductions in ex vivo HIV infectivity. However, the gel is limited by its rapid clearance and inability to penetrate vaginal tissues following rectal dosing. Previous study has reported that the overexpression of lncRNA HCP5 was observed in gastric cancer tissues. The purpose of this study was to investigate the molecular mechanism underlying the effect of lncRNA HCP5 on the proliferative, migratory, and invasive abilities of GC cells. The relative mRNA expression of HCP5, miR-299-3p, and SMAD5 were determined by RT-qPCR. The expressions of proteins associated with apoptosis and invasion were detected by western blot. The interaction of HCP5 with miR-299-3p and SMAD5 with miR-299-3p was confirmed by luciferase reporter assay. The cellular behaviors of AGS cells were, respectively, detected by CCK-8 assays, colony formation assays, migration and invasion assays, and flow cytometry. In our study, lncRNA HCP5 was highly expressed in GC cell lines compared with normal gastric epithelial cell. LncRNA HCP5 silencing inhibited AGS cells proliferation, migration, and invasion, while promoted cell apoptosis. Moreover, miR-299-3p downregulation could abolish the effect of HCP5 knockdown on cellular behaviors of AGS cells. Interestingly, SMAD5 is identified as the downstream target of miR-299-3p, and its expression was inhibited by miR-299-3p. More importantly, SMAD5 silencing inhibited proliferation, migration, and invasion of GC cells, and promoted cell apoptosis. In a word, lncRNA HCP5 silencing inhibits GC cell proliferation, invasion, and migration while promoting its apoptosis via regulation of miR-299-3p/SMAD5 axis. Hence, lncRNA HCP5 could be a novel and promising target for GC treatment.Collagen type X alpha 1 (COL10A1) is a member of the collagen family and the main matrix component. Through the analysis of database of Oncomine, the Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) as well as the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO), in contrast to the tissue of normal gastric, COL10A1 in gastric cancer, had been upregulated. The high expression of COL10A1 was obviously related to T stage (P = 0.025) and lymph node metastasis (P = 0.025).
