Finally, we provide simulation results to validate the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed control scheme.Intelligent fault diagnosis of rolling element bearings gains increasing attention in recent years due to the promising development of artificial intelligent technology. Many intelligent diagnosis methods work well requiring massive historical data of the diagnosed object. However, it is hard to get sufficient fault data in advance in real diagnosis scenario and the diagnosis model constructed on such small dataset suffers from serious overfitting and losing the ability of generalization, which is described as small sample problem in this paper. Focus on the small sample problem, this paper proposes a new intelligent fault diagnosis framework based on dynamic model and transfer learning for rolling element bearings race faults. In the proposed framework, dynamic model of bearing is utilized to generate massive and various simulation data, then the diagnosis knowledge learned from simulation data is leveraged to real scenario based on convolutional neural network (CNN) and parameter transfer strategies. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified and discussed based on three fault diagnosis cases in detail. The results show that based on the simulation data and parameter transfer strategies in CNN, the proposed method can learn more transferable features and reduce the feature distribution discrepancy, contributing to enhancing the fault identification performance significantly.In this work, we study, model, and propose two approaches to solve a raw milk transportation problem inspired by a real case of a milk company in Chile. The milk is produced by a set of farms scattered in a large rural area. The company must collect all the production daily using a truck fleet. We address the location of milk collection centers to reduce transportation costs. Each center has a limited capacity and a reduced truck fleet, composed of small trucks, to collect a substantial proportion of the produced milk. Once the milk is accumulated in the collection centers, a fleet of big trucks, traveling from a processing plant, collects the milk of each collection center and some large farms. We propose a mixed-integer linear programming model, a three-stage approach based on mathematical models, and an iterated local search approach to face this problem. We evaluate these approaches' performance using a small case and several real-world examples, including a clustering approach to divide the instance into small sub-instances. The results obtained for the real-world instance show improvements of up to 10% percent when milk collection centers are allowed.Shrink and swell is a phenomenon that causes transient variability in water level once boiler load variation occurs. In addition to the existing PID loops, two different standalone controllers, namely, the FOPID controller and fuzzy controller, are implemented with the HRSG model. Besides, Artificial Bee Colony (ABC) algorithm is used to tune FOPID efficiently. Based on overshoot, rise time, ISE, IAE, ITAE as performance measures, the comparison has been held between the three controllers. link2 Simulations show that how the ABC optimization algorithm is efficient with PID, FOPID. This study aimed to assess the effect of different storage media on the hardness and monomer elution of CAD/CAM composite blocks.

Five resin-composite blocks (RCB), one polymer-infiltrated ceramic network (PICN) block (Enamic (EN)), one ceramic-filled poly ether ether ketone (PEEK) block (Dentokeep (DK)), and one feldspathic ceramic block. Microhardness was measured using a Vickers indenter tester (FM-700, Future Tech Corp., Japan). In addition 4 conventional resin-composites were investigated for monomer elution using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) after storage in different media for 3 months. The data were analysed by three-way ANOVA, two-way ANOVA, one-way ANOVA, Tukey's post hoc test and the independent t-test (α=0.05 for all tests).

The specimens stored in the water had a hardness reduction ranging from 0.9% to 24.4%. In artificial saliva, the specimens had a hardness reduction ranging from 2.8% to 23.2%. The hardness reduction percentage in 75% Ethanol/Water (E/W) ranged between 3. storage media and was comparable to ceramic block. The hardness reduction percentage of the CAD/CAM composite blocks was influenced by the filler loading and resin-matrix composition.Minimal or no monomer elution from CAD/CAM blocks was detected.
To fabricate and characterize dental composites with calcium type pre-reacted glass-ionomer (PRG-Ca) fillers.

PRG-Ca fillers were prepared by the reaction of calcium fluoroaluminosilicate glass with polyacrylic acid. Seven dental composites were produced from the same organic matrix (70/30wt% Bis-GMA/TEGDMA), with partial replacement of barium borosilicate (BaBSi) fillers (60wt%) by PRG-Ca fillers (wt%) E0 (0) - control, E1 (10), E2 (20), E3 (30), E4 (40), E5 (50) and E6 (60). Enamel remineralization was evaluated in caries-like enamel lesions induced by S. mutans biofilm using micro-CT. The aim of the present study was to determine the chemical species formed inside glass-ionomer cements after fluoride uptake and to investigate the depth of penetration of fluoride ions within the cement matrix.

An experimental fluoride-free glass with composition 2SiO
-AlO
-CaO was produced. The glass powder was mixed with aqueous poly(acrylic acid) (PAA), and allowed to set. The resulting specimens were stored in 20ml KF solution with 1000ppm fluorine for 24h and then placed into the same amount of water as for 24h. A fluoride selective electrode was used to give the F concentration of the respective solutions.
F MAS-NMR spectra were recorded on powdered cement specimens using a Bruker AVANCE-NEO 600 spectrometer. In addition, SEM observation and EDX chemical analysis were conducted on the cross-section of a carefully fractured specimen.

Unfortunately, assessments of the scale of this health policy challenge and potential solutions are hampered by the lack of a consolidated evidence base on the growth in genetic service utilization. To enable health policy research and strategic planning by health systems in this area, we conducted a scoping review of the literature on the utilization and uptake of clinical genetics services in high-income countries published between 2010 and 2018. One-hundred-and-ninety-five unique studies were included in the review. Most focused on cancer (85/195; 44%) and prenatal care (50/195; 26%), which are consistently the two areas with the greatest volume of genetic service utilization in both the United States and other high-income countries. Utilization and uptake rates varied considerably and were influenced by contextual factors including health system characteristics, provider knowledge, and patient preferences.
