Unnatural Neural Networks as Propagators inside Quantum Mechanics.
Movies have a strong influence on public perceptions due to their popularity and accessibility. Hence, movies on healthcare providers in general and medical doctors in particular can affect public opinions, expectations, and attitudes toward these professions.

This paper aims to present how realistic fiction movies reflect doctors' roles and challenges during infectious disease outbreaks and describe how some of this content can be used in medical education settings.

Two sources were used to select the movies for inclusion in the study. First, the IMDB.com movie database was searched using the words "virus," "pandemic," "endemic," "epidemic," "outbreak," and "infectious disease." Second, Google was used to search the terms "movies on pandemics," "movies on epidemics," "movies on outbreaks," "movies on endemics," "movies on virus," and "movies on infectious diseases." Inclusion criteria were English language movies, realistic fiction movies, doctors as main actors, and a movie focus on community experiences. Exclusion criteria were non-English movies, zombie and apocalypse movies, doctors in secondary roles, and movies about individual experiences.

Eight movies met the inclusion criteria. KC7F2 Content analysis was conducted on all movies, and the main categories identified were doctors' roles, doctors' vulnerability, potential biases, potential conflicts, female doctors' power, and doctors bringing salvation.

Realistic movies on infectious disease outbreaks can be excellent tools for teaching medical students about doctors' roles and challenges when fighting an outbreak.

Recently reported trials of several MET tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKI) in this patient population have demonstrated promising efficacy data in both the treatment naïve and pre-treated settings and have led to regulatory approvals. This review will focus on practical diagnostic considerations for METex14 alterations, the trial evidence for capmatinib in this molecular subset including dosing and toxicity management, and the future therapeutic landscape of METex14 altered NSCLC.
Recurrent nightmares, frequently associated with traumatic experiences, may impair quality of life and daily functioning. However, there have been few studies of posttraumatic nightmares occurring among children and youth, in particular for trauma-exposed populations in conflict zones.

Using two quantitative data sets, this study investigates the prevalence and characteristics of recurrent nightmares among conflict-exposed young people in the Gaza Strip (N = 300) and examines the characteristics of posttraumatic nightmares and their association with academic functioning among treatment-seeking students in Gaza (N = 1093).

Among 300 students (10-12 years old) who lived in the ongoing conflict area in Gaza, nightmares were often mentioned, with 56% reporting recurrent nightmares with an average weekly frequency of 4.20 nights in the past week (SD = 1.94) and a mean duration of 2.48 years (SD = 2.01). Similarly, the large sample of 1093 students (6-17 years of age) who sought help for nightmares and sleep disturbance reported recurrent traumatic nightmares on average 4.57 nights per week, with an average duration of 2.82 years. Their self-reported academic functioning was negatively affected by whether they experienced nightmares but was not associated with nightmare frequency or intensity.

Given the high prevalence of nightmares and the relation between nightmares and academic functioning, students in conflict-affected areas appear to be a particularly vulnerable group. This study proposes screening and treating conflict-affected students for recurrent posttraumatic nightmares.

Since the occurrence of the COVID-19 pandemic, different public health measures have been implemented to prevent and control the further spread of the disease. However, barriers that influence the effective implementation of public health measures were not explore in Ethiopia especially in study Area. Therefore, this study tried to fill this gap by exploring the barriers to effective implementation of public health measures for prevention and control of the COVID-19 pandemic in the Gamo Zone of southern Ethiopia.

The study employed a qualitative study with a phenomenology approach among purposely selected 30 individuals in the community and selected institutions. Key informant interview was used to collect the data. The data were transcribed verbatim and translated into the English language. The transcribed data were read several times to clearly understand the content for further analysis. The analysis of the data was conducted based on the modified Tanahashi framework.

The study identified different bs should be implemented by the concerned bodies to mitigate individual and societal level barriers. In addition, the government with relevant stakeholders should give due attention to equip and protect the frontline professionals by availing the necessary logistic and provision of continuous capacity-building activities.
The study identified different personal, institutional, and societal level barriers for effective implementation of public health measures for the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, proper and targeted continuous community awareness creation with further mandatory law enforcement activities should be implemented by the concerned bodies to mitigate individual and societal level barriers. The first step to improve the safety of patients in hospitals is to evaluate safety culture. Therefore, the patient safety culture in doctors, nurses and midwives should be reviewed regularly. The aim of the study was to determine the current state of patient safety culture among physicians, nurses and midwives at the Estiqlal Hospital in Kabul to promote an effective safety culture.

This cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted from January to March 2020 among doctors, nurses, and midwives at the Esteqlal Specialized Hospital in Kabul. In that study, the data were collected through a survey of hospital. Among the 267 employees invited to participate, 267 (100%) completed the surveys. Descriptive statistics have been used to adjust frequency distribution tables and inferential statistics to identify differences in variable relationships. The independent sample T-test and one-way 'ANOVA ' were used to check variations between groups, and SPSS version 25 was used for data analysis.

The findings of es the creation of a desirable organizational climate, the need for staff involvement in various levels of decision-making, the creation of a culture of error reporting and recognizing the causing factors, and promoting a patient safety culture.
The Ethiopian Ministry of Health has integrated mental health services into the community health service, but it has not yet been implemented. Therefore, this study aimed to explore the barriers and facilitators of mental health service implementation in the Ethiopian community health program.

A qualitative case study was conducted in the Ethiopian primary health care system in 2019. We have conducted about eight key informant interviews with policymakers, service managers, and service providers. The interviews were tape-recorded, transcribed, translated, and analyzed manually using the World Health Organization building blocks framework.

The Health Ministry of Ethiopia has recently included mental health services into the health extension package but not yet implemented as part of integrated services. The identified barriers were low political commitment, shortage of resources, non-functional referral system, lack of interest from private health service organizations, attitudinal problems from both the society and service providers, and lack of consistent reporting system of the mental health problems. However, the well-designed primary health care system, trained health extension workers, changing political commitment and attitude of the community could facilitate the mental health service implementation.

A series of activities are expected, especially from the healthcare system managers to implement, follow, and evaluate mental health services implementation at the health extension programs.

Health management information system is a building block for the health system. Even if using health facility data at all levels is critical, it is poorly practiced in developing countries. There is limited evidence about the utilization of routine health information from the health management information system in the study area. This study aimed to assess the utilization of routine health information from health management information system and associated factors among health professionals at health centers in Oromia special zone, Amhara region, Ethiopia.

A facility-based cross-sectional study was conducted from February to March 2019. A total of 369 health professionals who were the focal person for each service delivery point were taken from the selected health centers. The data analysis was done using STATA version 14. A multilevel mixed-effect logistic regression model was carried out to identify factors associated with utilization of routine health information from the health management informatiomation from the health management information system was low. Therefore, the Zone health department and woreda health offices need to give training on HMIS data use, and avail standard indicator definition for all health care workers at all service delivery points.
Build machine learning models for predicting pressure ulcer nursing adverse event, and find an optimal model that predicts the occurrence of pressure ulcer accurately.

Retrospectively enrolled 5814 patients, of which 1673 suffer from pressure ulcer events. Support vector machine (SVM), decision tree (DT), random forest (RF) and artificial neural network (ANN) models were used to construct the pressure ulcer prediction models, respectively. A total of 19 variables are included, and the importance of screening variables is evaluated. Meanwhile, the performance of the prediction models is evaluated and compared.

The experimental results show that the four pressure ulcer prediction models all achieve good performance. Also, the AUC values of the four models are all greater than 0.95. Besides, the comparison of the four models indicates that RF model achieves a higher accuracy for the prediction of pressure ulcer.

This research verifies the feasibility of developing a management system for predicting nursing adverse event based on big data technology and machine learning technology.
