Our specimen-based approach strongly indicates that Siwalik murines of the Karnimata clade are fossil members of the Arvicanthini-Otomyini-Millardini clade, which excludes Rattus and its relatives. Combining the new interpretation with the widely accepted hypothesis that the Progonomys clade includes Mus, the lineage separation event in the Siwalik fossil record represents the Mus/Arvicanthis split. Our test analysis on Bayesian age estimates shows that this new calibration point provides more accurate estimates of murine divergence than previous applications. Thus, we define this fossil calibration point and refine two other fossil-based points for molecular dating.
To evaluate French residents in obstetrics and gynaecology's training to internal version and breech extraction during vaginal delivery of the second twin.

A national descriptive survey conducted among 1064 residents between July and October 2014. Respondents were invited by email to specify the type of theoretical and practical training they had received, their university hospital obstetrical practices and the number of vaginal internal version and breech extraction of the second twin they had seen and performed.

Response rate was 38.7% (n=412). Regarding the type of theoretical training, 39.8% of residents (n=164) had received the obstetrical mechanics and techniques degree; 47.6% (n=196) had got a teaching during special education classes and 29.4% (n=121) a training on mannequin. There were important differences between regions. At the end of residency, 45.6% of residents (n=36) had practiced more than five vaginal internal version and breech extraction of the second twin.

The objective of this study was to compare mortality and neonatal morbidity for children born before 35 weeks of gestation in breech presentation, depending on the route of delivery.

This was a retrospective study done in University Hospital type 3 over five years, comparing neonatal mortality and different neonatal morbidity criteria for children born between 25 weeks of gestation and 34 weeks+6 days spread into two groups according to their mode of delivery elective caesarean section before labor and vaginal delivery. Statistical analysis was performed with an adjustment for gestational age and weight of the newborn.

No significant difference between the two groups was found with regard to neonatal mortality. Among the various morbidity criteria studied, only the head entrapment rate and serious traumatic injury occurrence were significantly increased in the "intent to vaginal delivery" group. pH at birth and Apgar scores at five minutes were not significantly different between the two groups.

We sought to assess the long-term durability of ART among HIV-infected patients undergoing bariatric procedures for the management of morbid obesity. During the study period, 7 patients underwent a bariatric surgery procedure for the management of morbid obesity 3 patients underwent sleeve gastrectomy, 2 patients underwent laparoscopic banding, and 2 patients underwent Roux-en-Y gastric bypass surgery. Overall, the proportion of undetectable HIV viral load levels did not change after the bariatric procedures, although 2 patients did require temporary cessation of medications due to procedure-related complications. SEM and TEM results confirm that CoFe2O4 nanoclusters are well wrapped by the graphene skeleton. As an anode material for lithium-ion batteries, the CoFe2O4/GAs composite displays a stable cycling performance with a reversible capacity of over 100 discharge/charge cycles at the current density of 0.1 A g(-1), considerably higher than that of CoFe2O4 nanoclusters. Moreover, the reversible capacity of the CoFe2O4/GAs composite exhibits 966 mA h g(-1) after 300 cycles even at a high current density of 0.5 A g(-1). Most important of all, a new CoFe2O4/GAs//LiCoO2 full cell was successfully assembled, and this exhibited excellent electrochemical performance.
