Midi Bed With Storage

A midi-bed with storage, also called the cabin bed, gives the best of both sleeping areas and lots of room to store and play with toys. Make a den, or make it a car park for their favorite toys with shelves you can customize and use in the way they want.

Size

Midi beds with storage are generally lower than high-sleepers and come with a shorter staircase or ladder, this makes them ideal for smaller rooms. They also take a standard UK single mattress and include a variety of useful pieces underneath. From a smartly designed desk that slides into a cupboard to hold totes, to stylish drawers that have a smooth, no-wobble movement.

Our midi cabin beds come in a range of colors so you can choose one that is most suitable for your child's bedroom. Some go even further and include various bespoke storage units. This includes a desk that moves between two on wheels, four drawers of storage and two cupboards with doors included. The Eli F takes it to the next level with doors that match the color of the head and foot board.

The Luna low-line loft bed, also known as a the midi-storage bed is small and includes everything you require. A ladder that can be turned and a desk with wheels that can slide in and out and three drawer cabinets and a chest are all included. You can also get it in a reverse configuration, for example the ladder on the left. Ask in the store or include this request at the time of checkout.

Style

Mid sleeper beds that include a desk and storage can help children feel more mature. Designed to be both an area to sleep in as well as a play area, these stylish children's mid sleepers are great for children who would like their own personal retreat and a unique spot.

Midsleeper beds can be great for space saving in smaller rooms because they seamlessly combine a comfortable sleeping space with a practical study desk, bookshelves, or drawers. This means that there's plenty of space for your kids to tuck away their belongings before getting back to work or play!

Depending on the design of your chosen midsleeper, you may also be able to incorporate clever storage solutions to the stairs. The Trasman Girona is a good example. It, has a pull-out table, shelves and a cabinet. It's an ideal place to keep organized and appears like the inside of a treehouse!

It's important to note that many midi loft beds with desk require a standard UK single mattress (3ft/90x190cm) with wooden slatted bases. This isn't included in the cost of the bed, so we recommend looking at our amazing mattress deals to find a price that is within your budget!

Storage

A midi cabin bed that has storage is the perfect solution for rooms for children that require extra space. These multifunctional kids beds are shorter than high sleepers, and often include an incline or ladder to make it easy to access. They are also typically fitted with a variety of smart storage elements like drawers, desks and cupboards for books, toys and other belongings. Some midi loft beds even include a stylish tent that transforms the sleeping space into a cosy space for activities, games and sleepovers.

The Luna low line loft or midi is small and comes with everything you need. It comes with a low-level staircase that has the option of it to be turned into a desk that slides across the floor on wheels, two drawers and a cabinet with door, all included. Mattress

Most midi beds take standard UK single mattresses and the top bunk has a safety rail for extra peace of mind. Some models come with an trundle drawer with a pull-out that can be used to host sleeping overs, or for adding more storage space under the bed. They can be open or fitted with doors (please refer to the product details for more information).

A lot of midi cabins have the option of a desk that can be moved between two upper levels or chests of drawers. This allows the children to have the space they need to store everything they own. This also means they don't need to take up floor space with heavy shelving or wardrobes.

A few models have gone one step further by adding cabinets that are flush mounted or is part of the headboard or footboard. This is ideal for storing books and toys.
