Ah the fun of living in the block of flats. Firstly you have the unbelievable service charge for work that never generally seems to get done until you make endless telephone calls towards the managing agents. Then there's multi letter boxes Melbourne Australia . Thoughtless jerks who play the guitar until 3am or put their appliance on at 6am. Which simply so is right above your bedroom. And finally, the post.
The post just appears to wind up everywhere. It comes in through the only post office box you might have and sits there for the stairs all confused. How many times maybe you have lost important bills or letters as they are buried somewhere within a tonne of pizza menus or stupid promotional flyers. So what's the solution? Well it is in reality really quite simple. Individual mail boxes placed in the communal area which you all share.
These mail boxes are separate and secure so each individual moving into your block will surely have their post delivered and stored separately. No more mess, clutter and missed correspondence. They are cost effective as well as simple to install therefore it won't hurt your wallet to a post office box system such as this build. Just ask the management company. If they don't get to you, tell them that their service charge demands 're going missing within the post. That should get yourself a response!
If security is often a concern. And let's face it, your fellow flat dwellers aren't the most trustworthy bunch, you can have boxes fitted with locks. You each buy your own individual keys, so no one is going to steal dozens of birthday cards of yours stuffed brimming with cash and cheques. Well apart from the postman. The boxes themselves are sturdy and hard to break into or prise open, in order that it in fact is the ideal way to organise the post in the shared apartment block.
