Understandable, except for the variable sequence lengths.
Also, how do you define a good score? Absolute numbers? Not falling wildly?

Again, x y axis. I think it's total sequences/Phred score, but I'm not sure.

Understandable.
Per sequence GC content
Again, y axis. It says it's the theoretical distribution over all sequences, but that's not very enlightening
as to what the numbers mean. If it's the sequences, they don't immediately add up.
Per base N content
Clear.
Sequence length distribution
Pacbio, 454.
Sequence duplication levels.
OK, it's clear(-ish) that the y axis is the 100 in %. The x axis says 'duplication level.' What does that mean?
Oh, and 'deduplicated'?
Overrepresented sequences
Obvious.
Adapter content
Clear, I think - shows percent of various adapters in every position in read.
Kmer content
