Colonial legacies continue to linger and have a multidimensional impact on AI/AN communities, including tribal care services. Healing from colonial trauma requires collective effort among AI/AN Peoples and people from the wider community. Practice implications emphasize trauma-informed approaches to promote reconciliation and a larger collective commitment to reconciliation in a global reality of increasing interdependence.Among 283 symptomatic healthcare personnel (HCP) tested for SARS-CoV-2, 51 (18%) were positive. Left atrial appendage (LAA) electrical isolation (LAAEI) in addition to pulmonary vein isolation is an emerging catheter-based therapy to treat symptomatic atrial fibrillation. Previous studies found high incidences of LAA thrombus formation after LAAEI. This study sought to analyse therapeutic strategies aiming at the resolution of LAA thrombi and prevention of thromboembolism.

The most frequently mutated gene pairs in pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD) are KRAS and TP53, and our goal is to illustrate the multiomics and molecular dynamics landscapes of KRAS/TP53 mutation and also to obtain prospective novel drugs for KRAS- and TP53-mutated PAAD patients. Moreover, we also made an attempt to discover the probable link amid KRAS and TP53 on the basis of the abovementioned multiomics data.

We utilized TCGA & Cancer Cell Line Encyclopedia data for the analysis of KRAS/TP53 mutation in a multiomics manner. In addition to that, we performed molecular dynamics analysis of KRAS and TP53 to produce mechanistic descriptions of particular mutations and carcinogenesis.

In this study, we obtained the entire genome sequence of 777 new coronavirus strains as of 29 February 2020 from a public gene bank. Bioinformatics analysis of these strains indicated that the mutation rate of these new coronaviruses is not high at present, similar to the mutation rate of the severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) virus. The similarities of 2019-nCoV and SARS virus suggested that the S and ORF6 proteins shared a low similarity, while the E protein shared the higher similarity. The 2019-nCoV sequence has similar potential phosphorylation sites and glycosylation sites on the surface protein and the ORF1ab polyprotein as the SARS virus; however, there are differences in potential modification sites between the Chinese strain and some American strains. At the same time, we proposed two possible recombination sites for 2019-nCoV. Based on the results of the skyline, we speculate that the activity of the gene population of 2019-nCoV may be before the end of 2019.
