Best 2 in 1 Pram Stroller
With its leatherette handle and useful extra features It's easy to see why the TAVO Next glides smoothly over virtually all kinds of terrain. It's not the lightest stroller we have however it's much easier to lift up an entire flight than our competitors.
The Cybex Gazelle moves like a gazelle, even if it's packed with up to three kids as well as groceries. The drawback is that it lacks a an additional seat or a kid board for families that are growing.
1. TAVO Next
The TAVO Next is a budget-friendly stroller that can fit kids up to 50 pounds. It is very spacious and the seat reclines and lays flat. It is easy to open and shut, and comes with a the XXL canopy, which has peek-a-boo venting and peek-a-boo window. For 2021, Nuna gave the TAVO an updated harness that features Magnetech Secure Snap, which makes it simple and safe to secure with one hand.
The TAVO is a great choice for parents who want to save money. However it's not the best option if you need a bassinet or reversible seat. It's only able to be oriented only one way, and doesn't have any accessories like a stand for the bassinet or rain cover. If you're looking to add a little more then the MIXX Next is a better option because it can accommodate all of these things.
The TAVO has an integrated suspension system known as Free-flex that allows you to travel far or near, and even take your baby from the car to the curb. The spacious, deluxe seat allows baby to unwind and drift off to a dreamland. Parents will also enjoy the small fold-away wheel and MagneTech Secure Snap.
The TAVO can be folded very quickly and is able to stand upright when folded to free space in tight spaces like closets, garages and trunks. It is also easy to maneuver and comes with a convenient basket for storage, as well as brakes that are flip-flop-friendly. It also connects directly to the very secure Nuna PIPA series car seats by a single click, there are no adapters needed for a sleek travel set-up.
2. UPPAbaby Vista v2
The UPPAbaby V2 is one of our top-rated full-size strollers. It's a great option for families with growing babies because it can be used with a bassinet, infant car seat, and toddler seats. It is also able to accept a riding board that makes it triple strollers.
The seats that are padded in this stroller are well-designed to provide comfort. The recline is simple to use and has four different positions, making it a flexible option for children's requirements. The foot rest can be adjusted to make the journey more comfortable for passengers. The canopy is large and is ideal for parents who want to protect their children from sun. It is rated with SPF 50+ and has a pop-out sun visor, two mesh peek-aboo windows and a flap-cover.
The fabrics of the UPPAbaby V2 are machine-washable. This is important because it can prolong the lifespan of your stroller so you can enjoy many years of use from it. It is also easier to clean up messes such as spills from food or juice, rather than having to scrub away the stains that are stubborn.
The new tires from UPPAbaby are bigger and softer than the old models, resulting in an easier ride. They can take on rough terrain with ease and reduce the vibrations you experience when driving through the town. The brakes feature a single-action design and are easy to use. They also have a small, color-coded foot pedal that is suitable for all kinds of footwear.
This stroller is the most expensive one in our review. However, it's worth it if you're looking for a stroller which will last for many years. Visit Amazon for more information about the UPPAbaby V2.
3. Cybex Gazelle
The Cybex Gazelle is a great option for parents who need an infant stroller that can grow with their family. It's classified as to be a "modular stroller" or "convertible stroller" It comes with more than 20 different configurations to use with different seat units, cots, and infant car seats (car adapters for seats are available separately).
We love that the Cybex Gazelle is lightweight and easy to move making it perfect for parents who want to go out and explore. It has a big storage basket and a range of attachments that allow parents to carry groceries or light shopping. It's more expensive than other 2 in 1 prams, but it's a worthwhile cost as the quality and functionality of this model is top-notch.
The stroller comes with a harness that can be pulled in one pull, making secure your child's seat easy. It also comes with a sun canopy that has XXL removable panels and peek-a-boo windows. It also has a practical tray for parents to store snacks, drinks, and phone. The handlebar can be adjusted to match the parents' height and the brake is easy to access which makes it safe for children to use.
Our mum tester Sophie from London used this stroller with her two daughters aged 5 and 10 months. She pushed it over bumpy hilly ground and cobbled streets, and found it to be extremely smooth and easy to maneuver. She was impressed by the cushioned seats and footrests are designed to be comfortable and ergonomically designed. the large shopping basket was very handy. She also liked the fact that the hood and handlebar fabric were machine washable which is important for parents with busy schedules!
4. Joovy Twin Roo+
A simple frame stroller, the Twin Roo+ offers car seat click-in functionality and a large storage bin. It is one of the lightest double strollers available on the market. It weighs just 24 pounds. without attachments for infant car seats. It's quite light for a twin stroller. It's a little heavier than both the UPPAbaby V2 double and the Thule Urban Glide 2 double.
The Roo+ is simple to use and comes with a handy quick-start guide. It snaps together quickly and can be on the road within less than 10 minutes. It doesn't have an integrated canopy, so your babies will have to wear their own sunshades if they need extra coverage from the elements.
In our tests during our testing, we discovered the Roo+ to maneuver well for a dual stroller. It can navigate most terrains, but it has issues on grassy areas and over gravel. It can be difficult to steer over and up 1-inch curbs. This stroller is not recommended to use on the stairs or off-road, but its suspension system can help to reduce bumps.
The Roo+ has a large storage bin under the seat, but it's hard to access without removing infant car seats. This is a problem that twin frame strollers commonly face however Joovy has an underseat baby carrier to solve this issue.
Unlike top-scoring strollers, the Roo+ doesn't have a self-standing fold or cup holders. This is a minor sacrifice for car seat compatibility and storage features, but we'd prefer to have a bit more flexibility from our strollers. The stroller's versatility in seating arrangement is a major plus. Parents can mount their infant car seats in either opposite directions or the same direction, depending on their requirements.
5. Delta Children LX Side by Side
Delta Children LX Side by Side scored highly in terms of weight and size folded. It's the top value double umbrella stroller in our review. It also scored highly for its maneuverability which is an essential feature for parents looking for a stroller that will fit into small spaces. The Delta is a basic model that isn't equipped with the features that other strollers we tried offer, such as a large storage basket or a wide recline. But it is an excellent option for families with a limited budget and for those who need an additional stroller for short-term use, such as going to the zoo for a day.
The LX Side by Side is a lightweight, compact stroller that is easy to turn and push. Its relatively short frame with swivel front wheels, swivel rear wheels and padding for the shoulder pads ensure an easy ride for your children. The multi-position reclining seats as well as parent cup holders allow for a comfortable ride for passengers.
It also has an enormous canopy in European style that provides shade from the sun and some protection against light winds. It also comes with two storage bags as well as the five-point safety harness, and two storage bags.
The Delta took less than three minutes to put together which is the quickest time of our test group. The manual is not very good and the assembly does not require tools. It is one of the lighter items in our test group. It folds flat, making it very easy to lift and carry. In 2 in 1 travel system & Multiples test, we rate the ease and comfort with the ease with which each product can be pushed and turned to open and close the safety harness and repositioned the brakes. opened and closed the storage basket and installed and removed an infant car seat.
