A toxicological look at lithium orotate.
To investigate the short-term effect of suprapatellar interlocking intramedullary nail in the treatment of tibial fractures.

Eighty patients with tibial fractures treated from January 2016 to June 2018 were treated with interlocking intramedullary nail, who were divided into observation group (suprapatellar approach) and control group (patellar ligament approach) according to different surgical approaches. There were 40 cases in the observation group, including 28 males and 12 females, aged 28 to 67 years with a mean of (46.70±10.34) years. There were 40 cases in the control group, including 30 males and 10 females, aged 31 to 69 years with a mean of(49.38±10.74) years. The operation time, incision length, intraoperative C-arm X-ray fluoroscopy times, intraoperative blood loss, fracture healing time, postoperative active straight leg raise (SLR) time, hospital stay, visual analogue scale (VAS), knee pain rate and postoperative Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) score were recorded and compared between twonical results and can be further widely used.
The treatment of tibial fractures with suprapatellar interlocking intramedullary nail has the advantages of less trauma and better recovery of knee function. It can obtain more satisfactory clinical results and can be further widely used.
To explore the clinical efficacy of focused extracorporeal shock wave therapy with centrifugal exercise in the treatment of greater trochanteric pain syndrome.

From September 2017 to June 2019, 53 eligible cases of greater trochanteric pain syndrome were randomly divided into observation group (29 cases) and control group (24 cases). In observation group, there were 8 males and 21 females, aged from 38 to 62 years old with an average of (49.96±6.39) years old; the course of disease ranged from 6 to 13 months with an average of (8.58±1.99) months;treated with focused extracorporeal shock wave therapy with centrifugal exercise. In control group, there were 5 males and 19 females, aged from 39 to 62 years old with an average of (52.79±5.86) years old;the course of disease ranged from 6 to 14 months with an average of (9.04±2.51) months;treated with centrifugal exercise alone. Visual analogue scale (VAS) and hip Harris score were measured before ESWT treatment and at 1, 2, and 6 months to evaluate relieve degtreatment of greater trochanteric pain syndrome, focused extracorporeal shock wave therapy with centrifugal exercise could significantly relieve symptoms of lateral hip pain, improve functional recovery of hip joint with good safety. This treatment strategy is worthy of application and promotion in clinical practice.

To study the clinical efficacy and complications of Endobutton titanium plate and clavicle hook plate in the treatment of acromioclavicular dislocation.

Total 48 patients with Rockwood Ⅲ to Ⅴ acromioclavicular joint dislocation from March 2015 to May 2019 were retrospectively divided into two groups according to different surgical methods. Among the patients, 23 patients were treated with Endobutton loop titanium plate fixation (observation group), including 15 males and 8 females, ranging in age from 23 to 59 years old, with an average of(36.2±8.1) years old;Rockwood type Ⅲ in 6 cases, type Ⅳ in 11 cases and type Ⅴ in 6 cases. Twenty-five patients were treated with clavicular hook plate(control group), including 17 males and 8 females, ranging in age from 22 to 54 years old, with an average of (34.7±6.4) years old; Rockwood type Ⅲ in 6 cases, type Ⅳ in 14 cases and type Ⅴ in 5 cases. The operation time, intraoperative bleeding, hospitalization time, visual analogue scale (VAS) of pain, Constant-Murley scfunction and less complications.
To investigate whether shifting the femoral opening point and setting a personalized femoral valgus angle can improve the lower limb force line of total knee arthroplasty (TKA) patients with external femoral arch.

From March 2016 to October 2018, 50 patients (55 knees) with osteoarthritis with genu varus deformity combined with external femoral arch for TKA were selected. There were 10 males and 40 females. The age ranged from 63.1 to 80.5 years old, with an average of (67.8±5.8) years old. Forty-five cases were unilateral and 5 cases were bilateral. The osteoarthritis stages of 55 knees were Kellgren-Lawrence grade Ⅲ to Ⅳ; and the course of disease ranged from 2 to 10 years. PreoperativeSpecial Surgery (Hospital for Special Surgery) scorespain was 15.20±3.52; function was 8.30±2.96;mobility was 10.15±2.85;muscle strength was 4.20±1.95;flexion deformity was 5.50±3.05;stability was 6.15±2.20; total score was 47.93±3.39. To compare the clinical outcomes and complications of hip arthroscopic treatment for femoroacetabular impingement (FAI) performed with either Inside-out or Outside-in approach.

The clinical date of 48 patients with FAI treated by hip arthroscopy surgery and follow-up from June 2016 to June 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the different operative methods, the patients were divided into two groups. Inside-out group, from central compartment to peripheral compartment;Outside-in group, from peripheral compartment to central compartment. There were 14 males and 10 females in Inside-out group with an averageage of (39.8±7.6)years old, 13 males and 11 females in Inside-out group with an average age of (39.5±9.1)years old in Outside-in group. There was no significant difference in age, gender, body mass index, side, impingement type, medical history and follow-up time between the two groups. The complication occurrence rate, modified Harris hip score (mHHS)and nonarthritic hip score (NAHS) were co The out-side in method can be preferentially selected for the patients with the indications of operation.
To investigate the clinical effect of arthroscopic fixation of tibial avulsion fracture of posterior cruciate ligament with a knot-free anchor and Endobuton titanium plate.

From October 2019 to October 2020, 12 patients with tibial avulsion fracture of posterior cruciate ligament were treated with the arthroscopic knot-free anchor and Endobuton titanium plate, including 9 males and 3 females. The age ranged from 23 to 58 years old. The time from injury to operation ranged from 2 to 9 days. There were 2 cases of Meyers typeⅡand 10 cases of Meyers type Ⅲ. There were 2 cases of meniscus injury and 1 case of partial injury of medial collateral ligament. The fracture healing and knee range of motion were evaluated after operation, and the clinicalefficacy was evaluated by Lysholm function score.

All patients were followed up for 12 months. All patients healed within 6 months, and there were no complications such as incision infection, lower extremity deep venous thrombosis and internal fixation falling off. The knee flexion range of motion recovered from 50°-90° before operation to 115°-130° 6 months after operation, and no patient had straightening disorder. Lysholm functional score recovered from preoperative 29-54 scores to 86-100 scores 12 months after operation.

To explore the treatment methods and experience of open fracture of lower limb in high altitude area.

From January 2016 to January 2021, 62 patients with open fractures of lower limbs were treated by staged surgery with the concept of injury control orthopedics, emphasizing wound treatment and combining various fracture fixation methods. There were 51 males and 11 females, ranging in age from 14 to 59 years old, with a mean of (37.2±12.3) years old; and the course of disease ranged from 7 to 59 days, with a mean of (23.7±15.5) days. According to Gustilo Anderson classification, there were 14 cases of typeⅠ, 24 cases of typeⅡ, 14 cases of typeⅢA, 8 cases of typeⅢB and 2 cases of typeⅢC. The fracture repair and wound healing were observed, and the clinical efficacy was evaluated by Johner-Wruhs evaluation standard.

Fifty-five patients were followed up, and the duration ranged from 4 to 36 months, with a mean of (14.7±8.5) months, and 7 cases were lost to follow-up. Between January 2017 and September 2020, 78 patients with anterior cruciate ligament rupture underwent single-bundle reconstruction with the modified transtibial technique in 39 cases (group MTT) and through anteromedial approach in 39 cases (group AM). There were 25 males and 14 females in group MTT, with an average age of (37.0±2.3) years old; 27 males and 12 females in group AM, with an average age of (37.5±2.2) years old. CT scan of the affected knee was conducted one week after the surgery to measure and compare the femoral tunnels positioning (Fx, Fy), tibial tunnels positioning in the frontal plane(Tx1), tibial tunnels positioning in the sagittal plane (Ty1), and tibial tunnels positioning in the axial plane (Tx2, Ty2) in patients undergoing anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction through Mimics software.

To investigate the efficacy of self-made arthroscopic single channel in the treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome.

Sixty patients with primary carpal tunnel syndrome treated from January 2014 to December 2019 were divided into arthroscopic group and traditional open operation group. There were 30 cases in arthroscopic group, including 12 males and 18 females, aged (47.5±4.5) years and the course of disease was (6.6±4.2) months. There were 30 cases in the traditional operation group, including 10 males and 20 females, aged (48.5±3.5) years, and the course of disease was (5.6±4.4) months. Both groups were unilateral. According to the anatomy of wrist joint and the characteristics of transverse carpal ligament and arthroscopy, the instruments including cannula, inner heart and hook knife were designed. The patients in two groups were treated with decompression of transverse carpal ligament using arthroscopy combined with self-made instruments and traditional open sergery. The incision length, operation time, intraoperative bleeding, hospitalization cost, hospitalization time and recovery time of the two groups were observed and compared.
