An airplane pilot Trial Employing Telemedicine throughout Rays Oncology: The way forward for Medical Is Personal.
The mean operative time was 73.5 min and the mean postoperative hospital stay was 2.1 days. Three minor short-term complications were noted, which were resolved without surgical intervention. One recurrence was diagnosed during follow-up and treated using a second TAPP procedure.SILS-TAPP was shown to be a feasible, safe procedure in patients with an inguinal hernia. A simple self-made glove-port device was proven as a practical method of SILS-TAPP.
Post-stroke mental disorders (PSMDs) and post-stroke sleep disorders (PSSDs) are quite common condition in stroke's patients. Qigong has been widely applied as a replaced and useful treatment for PSMDs and PSSDs. However, the exact effects and safety of Qigong have yet be systematically investigated. Our study focused on summary of efficacy and safety of Qigong for the treatment of advanced PSMDs and PSSDs through the systematic analysis and meta-analysis, in order to provide scientific reference for the clinical.

The protocol followed Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analyses Protocols. Relevant randomized controlled trials were only considered. Search strategy will be performed in 4 English database including Cochrane Library, PubMed, Web of Science, Excerpt Medical Database, 4 Chinese Database including Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, China Scientific Journal Database, Wanfang Database, and WHO International Clinical Trials RegistPlatform of Registered Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis Protocols (INPLASY) registration number INPLASY202070051.
We provide some more practical and targeted results examine the effect of Qigong exercises for PSMDs and PSSDs in the relative meta-analysis. We find out defects or inadequacies of Qigong in previous studies. The findings of this research will provide more evidence-based guidance in clinical practice and more rigorous study.International Platform of Registered Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis Protocols (INPLASY) registration number INPLASY202070051.
Scalp acupuncture is remarkable in improving neurological dysfunction of ischemic stroke patients. This study aims to systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of scalp acupuncture in improving neurological dysfunction of ischemic stroke patients.

Randomized controlled trials of scalp acupuncture against ischemic stroke patients will be searched in PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, Cochrane Library, the Chongqing VIP Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Database, Chinese Biological and Medical database, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, and Wanfang database from inception to July, 2020. Two researchers will perform data extraction and risk of bias assessment independently. Statistical analysis will be conducted in RevMan 5.3.

This study will summarize the present evidence by exploring the efficacy and safety of scalp acupuncture in improving neurological dysfunction in ischemic stroke patients.

The findings of the study will help to determine potential benefits of scalp acupuncture against ischemic stroke at different stage.

More patients with idiopathic scoliosis (IS) preferred to choose manual therapy as a complementary conservative treatment, but the effects of manual therapy for IS remains controversial. The previous reviews could not draw reliable conclusion due to few eligible studies to perform a meta-analysis. In the last decade, however, several new studies were published that assessed the effects of manual therapy in the management of IS, especially in China. Therefore, the present systematic review and meta-analysis will be performed to examine whether manual therapy is effective for IS primarily in improving patient-centerd symptoms and secondarily in radiographic outcomes.

A computerized literature search will be performed in the following electronic databases from their inceptions to June 2020 to identify randomized controlled trials of manual therapy in the management of IS PubMed, EMBASE, MEDLINE, Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Clinical Trials, China Knowledge Resource Integrated Database, Wanfang Dat published in an international peer-reviewed journal.INPLASY registration number INPLASY202070058.
There are some clinical reports on dysphagia in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD); however, its pathophysiology remains largely unknown.Changes in respiratory function occur in patients with COPD causing a decrease in tidal volume and an increase in respiratory rate (tachypnea). In addition, it leads to lack of coordination between respiration and swallowing.A new treatment called nasal high flow (NHF) has been introduced for patients with COPD, replacing the traditional non-invasive ventilation (NIV) procedure. The NHF therapy involves inhalation of high flow of humidified air, which reduces respiratory effort in patients with COPD. Furthermore, NHF therapy facilitates swallowing of saliva even during respiratory management. A recent clinical study reported that high-flow nasal cannula oxygen therapy for 6 weeks improved the health-related quality of life and reduced hypercapnia in patients with stable COPD. Taken together, NHF therapy is gaining attention in the clinical managemenf daytime nap. HRO761 The utility will be assessed by comparing the decrease in incidence rates of the expiratory phase after swallowing of saliva in the NHF device group and the control group, wherein this device was not used.
The purpose of this study is to obtain evidence regarding the utility of NHF as a potential therapeutic device for COPD patients to prevent aspiration of saliva during the sleep stage of daytime nap. The utility will be assessed by comparing the decrease in incidence rates of the expiratory phase after swallowing of saliva in the NHF device group and the control group, wherein this device was not used.
As an alternative for constipation after cancer chemotherapy, Chinese medicine has gradually attracted the attention of clinicians based on the theory of syndrome differentiation and treatment. However, due to the lack of evidence-based medical evidence, the author designed the program to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Chinese medicine.

From the beginning to August 2020, 8 electronic databases will be searched. Two of our researchers will independently conduct research selection, data extraction, and risk assessment of bias. We will use Review Manager 5.3 software for meta-analysis and heterogeneity assessment. In addition, we will use the grading of recommendations assessment, development, and evaluation to evaluate the evidence quality.

This study will demonstrate an evidence-based review of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) for constipation after cancer chemotherapy.

The study will provide clear evidence to assess the effectiveness and side effects of TCM for constipation after cancer chemotherapy.
