The disease occurs mostly in women (90%), and manifests itself in the 5th decade of life. In the cerebrovascular form of FMD, the extracranial internal carotid artery and the vertebral artery are usually affected. Diagnosis is based on the identification of alternation of narrowing and dilation of arteries using angiography (the string of beads sign (multifocal form)). The results of presurgical MRI (3.0, 1.5 Tesla) of 20 patients with gangliomas were analyzed to identify specific signs of a neuronal-glial tumor and verify the neoplastic process based on the results obtained and a review of the literature. In addition to high-resolution MRI (HR MRI), various protocol modifications were applied to patients with epileptogenic pathological substrates of unclear etiology, including tractography (DTI) and contrast-free MR perfusion (ASL). In 5 cases, a multi-modal study was performed that combined the results of CT, routine MRI, HR MRI, functional MRI (fMRI) in various combinations and PET CT.

In 17 cases, patients underwent epileptic surgery. Three patients without epilepsy were operated on for a tumor diagnosed by radiological examination. In all 20 cases, gangliogliomas were verified, including 1 anapltion of the neoplastic process based on the results of neuroradiological studies was difficult in 6 cases. In 2 cases, it was not possible to confirm the presence of neoplasm by radiological methods, and in 1 patient, the verification of the tumor during differential diagnosis took more than 8 years. The prevalence of ASD under the age of 48 months was found to be 1810 000, compared with 2015-2016 - 510 000 under the age of 24 months.

To search for the relationship between the results of functional imaging, immunological parameters and laboratory markers of inflammation in schizophrenia, taking into account cognitive impairment in patients, and to consider the possibility of using a multidisciplinary approach to diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of schizophrenia.

The study included 25 patients with schizophrenia and 13 healthy volunteers. Psychiatric scales were administered to evaluate the patient's condition. The main indicators of humoral immunity, the level of markers of inflammation, key pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokines, and growth factor VEGF were determined by ELISA.
