Currently, turkey coronaviruses (TCoV) are isolated from homogenized intestines of experimentally infected embryos to ensure a maximum recovery of viral particles from all components of the intestines. However, the process of homogenization also ensures release of a significant amount of cellular RNAs into the sample that hinders downstream viral genome sequencing. This is especially the case for next generation sequencing (NGS) which sequences molecules at random. This characteristic means that the heavily abundant cellular RNA in the sample drowns out the minority viral RNA during the sequencing process and, consequently, very little to no viral genome data are obtained. To address this problem, a method was developed, in which 10 descendent isolates of the European strain of TCoV were recovered uniquely from the intestinal lumen without homogenization of the tissue. For nine out of 10 samples, NGS produced viral RNA reads with good coverage depth over the entire TCoV genomes. This is a much-needed new, simple and cost effective method of isolating TCoV that facilitates downstream NGS of viral RNA and should be considered as an alternative method for isolating other avian enteric coronaviruses in the interest of obtaining full-length genome sequences.The ethical and legal principles underpinning the requirement for informed consent for medical procedures are widely accepted. To compare imaging modalities for the choroid of the eye, and evaluate various choroidal changes in uveitides entities.

A comprehensive systematic literature review was conducted looking at current imaging modalities available to assess choroid architecture and commonly used parameters available to qualify and quantify choroidal changes, before looking at specific uveitides entities with choroidal involvement which have been broadly separated into non-infectious and infectious in etiology.

We describe the various modalities currently available to evaluate the choroid of the eye such as Ultrasound B Scan, ICGA, and OCT. Choroidal changes in various ocular and systemic diseases such as Behcet's Disease, Sarcoidosis, Syphillis, Tuberculosis, and many more have been reported and published.

Multiple choroidal tomographic and angiotomographic findings have been demonstrated for evaluation in uveitis. These findings can manifest in multiple ocular and systemic diseases, and can be illustrated using the various imaging modalities at present. Future advancements in choroidal imaging would help to adapt these findings into parameters for clinical practice to properly evaluate these ocular and systemic diseases.

Opioid maintenance treatment (OMT) patients in Norway are eligible for free oral healthcare services; however, oral health morbidity remains high and the uptake of services among this patient group is low. As knowledge of the reasons for the low uptake of services among OMT patients is insufficient, this study adopted a qualitative approach to explore this from the perspectives of patients and dental healthcare workers (DHWs).

Through focus group and individual interviews, data were collected from 63 participants 30 patients receiving OMT and 33 DHWs. Key themes were identified through a thematic analysis.

Teeth were a significant factor in OMT patients' quality of life and recovery. Accompaniment to scheduled dentist appointments was identified as a facilitator by both the patients and the DHWs. The dentist-patient relationship was also seen as an important facilitator of dental treatment; DHWs with previous experience of treating OMT patients were valued by patients because of their high verbal and non-verbal communication.

Helping OMT patients attend dental appointments, improving the dentist-patient relationship, and expanding stakeholders' knowledge of OMT patients' right to oral healthcare services may increase the uptake and benefits of dental healthcare services among OMT patients. The current support framework within the OMT system has the potential to increase the communication and efficiency of dental healthcare services available to patients undergoing OMT.

Our aim was to describe the endpoints used in trials involving patients with MZL. We searched over the last 35 years via PubMed, The Cochrane Library, clinicaltrials.govandclinicaltrialsregister.eu for published and registered clinical trials using the keyword "marginalzone lymphoma." We excluded studies focusing on pediatric populations, cutaneous MZL and on use of allogenic stem cell transplant. Endpoints were reviewed as well as their influencing factors and their definitions. Among 1192 references Q7 dentified by initial screening, 309 references were included (111 published, 198 registered), with 213 (69%) phase 2, 65 (21%) phase 1/2 and 31 (10%) phase 3 trials.
