Efficacy Estimation regarding Microbubble-Assisted Local Sonothrombolysis Using a Catheter using a Number of Small Transducers.
Objective To understand the mental health status of female workers in different industries in China, and to explore the influence of age, family per capita income, working hours and other factors on the mental health of female employees. Methods From May to July 2016, a cluster sampling survey was conducted among female workers from 15 Provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) in different industries. Methods 126 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to hospital from June 1, 2015 to December 30, 2018 were selected and divided into observation group (59 cases treated by percutaneous transforaminal endoscopy) and control group (67 cases treated with conventional conservative treatment) according to the treatment methods. The Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) and Japanese Orthopaedic Association Scores (JOA) before and after treatment were analyzed retrospectively. Length of stay, time out of bed, hospitalization expenses and recurrence rate were evaluated. The measurement data was expressed by x±s, the comparison between groups was performed by t test, and the count data were analyzed by descriptive analysis. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in gender, age, VAS score and JOA score between the two groups (P>0.05) . After treatment, compared with the control group, the VAS score of the observation group was lower, the JOA score was higher, the time out of bed was shorter, the average hospitalization time was reduced, the average hospitalization cost was higher, and the recurrence rates after Six months and one year were lower in the observation group, the differences were statistically significant (P less then 0.05) . Conclusion The clinical effect of percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic treatment is better than that of conventional conservative treatment for driver＇s lumbar disc herniation.Objective The epidemiological characteristics of occupational pneumoconiosis in Gansu Province from 2010 to 2018 were analyzed to provide a theoretical basis for the development of prevention and control strategies for pneumoconiosis in Gansu Province. Methods In March 2019, the data of newly diagnosed occupational pneumoconiosis in 2010-2018 and the data of occupational pneumoconiosis as of December 31, 2018 in Gansu Province were collected by the Occupational Disease and Occupational Health Information Monitoring System. The stage, type of disease, time, enterprise information of newly diagnosed pneumoconiosis and the region, type of disease, enterprise information of existed pneumoconiosis were analyzed. Results From 2010 to 2018, a total of 1269 new cases of occupational pneumoconiosis were reported in Gansu Province, including 818 cases (64.46%) of stage I pneumoconiosis, 284 cases (22.38%) of stage II pneumoconiosis, 167 cases (13.16%) of stage III pneumoconiosis. Silicosis, coal worker's pneumoconiosismainly distributed in state-owned economy and large-sized enterprises. However, pneumoconiosis patients in private economy and small-sized enterprise is generally serious, so it should be the focus of supervision.Objective To investigate the influence of life satisfaction level and occupational stress related influencing factors on workers in chip manufacturing industry in order to provide guidance for psychological intervention. Methods In June to December 2016, by using sampling method, 2251workers in electronic manufacturing industry were selected as study subjects. A self-made questionnaire was used to investigate the demographic and occupational data of workers, Job Demand-Control Model (JDC) 、Effort-reword Imbalance Model (ERI) 、Well-being Index (WHO-5) were used to investigate and analyze the status of life satisfaction respctively. To analyze the influence of occupational stress factors on life satisfaction. Results There were 773 workers with low life satifaction, the detect rate was 34.5% (773/2251) . Single factor analysis showed that migrant workers, type of employment contract, week working time (h) , working system, contact risk factors, chronic disease and all occupational stress related factors were the influcecing factors of life satisfaction among workers (P less then 0.05) . The results of multiple factor logistic regression analysis showed that contact risk factors, high effort in work and high effort inner work were the risk factors of low life satisfaction in electronic device manufacturers (OR=1.544, 1.376, 1.788, P less then 0.05) . And non-migrant workers, high return in work, high autonomy and high social support were the protective factors of low life satisfaction in electronic device workers (OR=0.606, 0.390, 0.615, 0.622, P less then 0.05) . Conclusion Enterprises should strengthen the protection education of hazard factors for employees, those who contact hazard factors and high effort in work, improve worker's returns and autonomy, improve their social support, improve workers' life satisfaction, and build healthy enterprises.Objective To investigate the effect of smoking on autophagy in alveolar macrophages (AMs) of silicosis patients. Methods In December 2019, a random sampling method was used to select 42 male patients with silicosis (19 cases of stage II and 23 cases of stage III) who were treated with large volume whole lung lavage from August to December 2017 in the Beidaihe sanatorium. According to the different smoking index of the study subjects (smoking index=smoking cigarette consumptions per day×years of smoking) , we divided them into high (Smoking index>400) , medium (200≤smoking index≤400) , low (smoking index less then 200) and non-smoking group. The levels of autophagy related proteins LC3, Beclin1, p62 and apoptosis related protein Cleaved Caspase-3 were detected by Western blot. The effects of smoking on autophagy activity of AMs in silicosis were analyzed.
