Conclusion The exposure levels of electric welding fumes, manganese and its compounds in welding jobs and xylene exposure levels in spray painting jobsin Shandong Province's automobile manufacturing enterprises are more serious. The supervision and management of occupational hygiene should be strengthened, the working environment should be improved, and the health of welding and painting workers should be protected. Objective To explore the relationship between the health literacy of employees and smoking, drinking, diet and exercise, and provide scientific basis for health education and targeted intervention. Methods From February to July 2019, a cluster random sampling method was adopted to select enterprise employees in Shihezi City to conduct a questionnaire survey. Self-made questionnaires and "National Resident Health Literacy Monitoring Questionnaire" were used to assess the social demographics, health literacy, and Health-related behaviors were investigated, and 1053 valid questionnaires were collected. Logistic regression model was used to analyze the relationship between health literacy and the three dimensions with smoking, drinking, diet and exercise. Results Total score of health literacy of enterprise employees is (42.06±11.03) points and the employee health literacy rate of Shihezi City in 2019 is 19.47%. Univariate analysis showed that non-smokers had higher health literacy and three-dimensional health literacy availability than smokers (P0.05) ; there is a statistical correlation between health literacy, healthy lifestyles, behaviors, and health skills and regular exercise among employees (OR=1.829、2.503、1.395, P less then 0.05) ; employees with health literacy and three dimensions of health literacy are more likely to have a balanced diet (P less then 0.01) . check details Conclusion There is a correlation between the health literacy of enterprise employees and diet and exercise. The improvement of health literacy level is an important way to interfere with unhealthy behaviors. Objective To explore the effect of failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) in the management of nosocomial infection, and provide reference for the effective prevention and control of nosocomial infection. Methods Using FMEA to identify, analyze, evaluate and screen out the high-risk events of nosocomial infection in January 2020, from which two hospital level priority improvement projects of hand hygiene compliance and blood-borne occupational exposure were determined. After risk control and intervention measures, the effects before and after improvement were compared. Results Except for the lack of incentive mechanism and insufficient communication between medical and nursing teams, the differences in hand hygiene compliance and blood-borne occupational exposure risk priority coefficients before and after the implementation of FMEA were statistically significant (P less then 0.05) . After the implementation of FMEA, the hand hygiene compliance was 74.92% (79375/105953) , which was significantly higher than 68.40% (58361/85328) before the implementation of FMEA, and the difference was statistically significant (χ(2)=996.55, P less then 0.01) . The incidence of blood-borne occupational exposure after the implementation of FMEA was 3.85% (80/2080) , which was lower than the 6.16% (123/1998) before the implementation of FMEA, and the difference was statistically significant (χ(2)=11.49, P less then 0.01) . Conclusion FMEA has a good effect in nosocomial infection management. It can identify and evaluate the risk of nosocomial infection prospectively, so as to control the risk effectively. Objective A Meta-analysis was used to evaluate the high frequency hearing loss detection rate, its area and time distributions in occupational noise exposed workers in China to provide evidence for the prevention and control of occupational noise-induced deafness. Methods From February to April 2020, the number of hearing tests and the number of binaural high frequency average hearing threshold ≥40 dB of workers exposed to noise in key occupational disease monitoring and occupational health risk assessment project in China was collected from China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) , VIP database and PubMed database. The retrieval time was set from the establishment of the database to February 28, 2020. The R 3.6.2 software was used to calculate the pooled high frequency hearing loss detection rate. Results A total of 28 studies, included 34 data and 1259571 occupational noise exposed workers, were enrolled. The articles covered 16 provinces in 2015-2018. link2 The pooled high frequency hearing loss detection rate in occupational noise exposed workers was 9.45% (95%CI 7.64%-11.64%) . The high frequency hearing loss detection rate (10.54%) was higher in 2018 than other years (2017 10.17%, 2016 9.21%, 2015 7.88%) . The high frequency hearing loss detection rate (12.23%) was higher in central China than in eastern (10.21%) , western (7.91%) and north-eastern (5.21%) China. Conclusion The overall high frequency hearing loss detection rate in occupational noise exposed workers is generally high in China. It is important to strengthen the hearing protection in occupational noise exposed workers to facilitate the occupational noise-induced deafness prevention and control in China. Objective To investigate the Effects of different dusting methods on pathological changes and cytokines in rat lung tissue. link3 Methods 84 healthy male SPF Wistar rats, were randomly divided into control group and dynamic dusting group, tracheal perfusion group, On the day 3, 14, 28, and 60 after the dust exposure, 7 rats in each group were randomly selected and killed. Record the weight of rats and calculate the lung coefficient; Observe the pathological changes of lung tissue by HE staining, Evaluate the pulmonary collagen fibrosis by Masson staining, observe The changes of area ratio of collagen fibers in lung tissue Sirius scarlet staining, Use enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay to detect the content of transforming growth factor (TGF) -β1 and hydroxyproline (HYP) in lung tissue homogenate. Results After the rats were exposed to dust, the dynamic dusting group and the tracheal perfusion group varied significantly in lung histopathology at four time points, and alveolar inflammation and Pulmonary fibrosis scores were higher than the control group (P less then 0.05) ; The percentage of type I and type III collagen fiber area of tracheal perfusion group was higher than that in the dynamic dusting group in the four time points (P less then 0.05) ; The content of TGF-β1 in lung tissue homogenate of rats in the tracheal perfusion group was higher than that in the dynamic dusting group on the day 3 and 14 (P less then 0.05) ; The content of Hyp in the tracheal perfusion group was higher than that in the dynamic dusting group on the day 28 (P less then 0.05) . Conclusion The acute lung injury of rats can be caused by dynamic dusting group and tracheal perfusion group. The lung histopathology shows inflammation and fibrosis, but the lung tissue injury of rats is more serious and the pathological changes are more obvious. Objective To explore the chronic toxicity and its potential mechanism of multi-walled carbon nanotube (MWCNT) in human pleural mesothelial cells. Methods A sustainable exposure of MeT-5A cells to MWCNT at 10 μg/cm(2) for one year was conducted in 2016. During the exposure, the cell images and cell proliferation was recorded every 4 weeks. The cell apoptosis, cell cycle, cell migration and cell invasion were compared between the control cells and the cells after MWCNT exposure. Finally, the gene expression was screened with Affymetrix clariom D assay, and some of the significantly differential expressed genes was verified by RT-PCR. Results Compared with the control group, the proliferation ability of the cells in the 1-year exposed group was significantly increased, and the rate of proliferation was about 2-3 times as that in the Control Group (F=481.32, P less then 0.05) . MeT-5A cells all showed cell cycle arrest effect, which showed the increase of G1 phase and the decrease of s phase and G2 phase (F=14.94, P less then 0.05) . The apoptosis rate of cells in the treated group was significantly higher than that in the control group after 6 months (F=15.12, P less then 0.05) , but the early apoptosis rate and the total apoptosis rate of cells in the treated group were not significantly different from those in the control group after 1 year (F=3.97, P less then 0.05) . The cell migration and invasion were both promoted by MWCNT. Furthermore, the differentially expressed genes was screened, to find 2, 878 genes with more than 2 folds changes. To further verified, RT-PCR was conducted with PIK3R3、WNT2B、VANGL2、ANXA1, and their expression changes were consistent with above. Conclusion MWCNT might have a carcinogenic potential to MeT-5A cells after the long term exposure. Objective To observe the toxic effects of different doses of baicalin on liver and kidney of rats after different time administration, and provide experimental reference for the safety of clinical medication. Methods In April 2019, 42 Wistar male rats were randomly divided into a control group (0.9% sodium chloride solution) and baicalin administration groups (100, 200 mg/kg) , 14 rats in each group, and one was given by oral gavage. 7 times/d, 6 times/week, 7 rats in each group were sacrificed 28 and 56 days after the administration. The wet weights of liver and kidney were weighed and the organ coefficients were calculated. The hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining was used to detect the histomorphological changes. And the levels of serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) , aspartate aminotransferase (AST) , alkaline phosphatase (ALP) , blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and creatinine (CRE) were detected. Results After 56 days of administration in baicalin 200 mg/kg rats, the body weight and kidney coefficient were lower than those of the control group. Histopathology showed that glomerular atrophy became smaller, renal tubules were significantly atrophied, and epithelial cell necrosis occurred. No obvious abnormalities in liver was observed. After 56 days of administration in baicalin 200 mg/kg rats, the levels of BUN and CRE in the serum were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P less then 0.05) . There were no obvious abnormalities in the baicalin 100 mg/kg group and the 28 d of administration in baicalin 200 mg/kg group. Conclusion Under the conditions of this test, baicalin has certain renal toxicity in male rats. Objective To investigate the effect of chronic stress of pregnant rats on the gut microbiota of female rats and offspring, and explore the role of intestinal microbiota in chronic stress during pregnancy. Methods In November 2019, SPF-grade healthy adult SD rats were selected. 16 female rats were randomly divided into control group and model group, with 8 in each group; 12 male rats were randomly divided into model mating group (8) and control mating group (4) . A model of chronic unpredictable mild stress (CUMS) during pregnancy was established. Blood samples were collected from the iliac vein of the female rats 1 day before and 1, 7, and 14 days after the CUMS protocol, and measured for plasma corticosterone content by radioimmunoassay. After the stress was completed, fresh feces of the female rats were collected for testing. The offspring's fresh stool samples were collected on postnatal day 20 (PND20) , and they were divided into control offspring group and model offspring group samples. The sequence of 16S rRNAV3-V4 regions of microorganisms in the feces of offspring was determined by Illumina MiSeq technique; and the interaction between microbial community structure and diversity were analyzed.
