As the COVID-19 pandemic came unexpectedly, many real estate experts claimed that the property values would fall like the 2007 crash. However, this study raises the question of what attributes of an apartment are most likely to influence a price revision during the pandemic. The findings in prior studies have lacked consensus, especially regarding the time-on-the-market variable, which exhibits an omnidirectional effect. However, with the rise of Big Data, this study used a web-scraping algorithm and collected a total of 18,992 property listings in the city of Vilnius during the first wave of the COVID-19 pandemic. Afterwards, 15 different machine learning models were applied to forecast apartment revisions, and the SHAP values for interpretability were used. The findings in this study coincide with the previous literature results, affirming that real estate is quite resilient to pandemics, as the price drops were not as dramatic as first believed. Out of the 15 different models tested, extreme gradient boosting was the most accurate, although the difference was negligible. The retrieved SHAP values conclude that the time-on-the-market variable was by far the most dominant and consistent variable for price revision forecasting. Additionally, the time-on-the-market variable exhibited an inverse U-shaped behaviour.Lagerstroemia speciosa (L.) Pers., (Lythraceae), commonly called Banaba, is a native plant of Southeast Asia and is widely used in the treatment of diabetics, obesity, kidney diseases, and other inflammatory disorders. L. speciosa consists of several phytoconstituents like glycosides, flavones, corosolic acid, ellagic acids, triterpenes, tannins, which are reported to be present in leaves, stem, flowers, fruit, bark, and roots. This paper presents an investigation on the binding interaction of phytosterols derivatives identified from the ethanolic extract of Lagerstroemia speciosa seeds against breast cancer target protein. The ethanolic extracts Lagerstroemia speciosa seeds were analyzed via GC-MS for the identification of their chemical constituent. In silico methods are adopted to predict ADME parameters, pharmacokinetic properties, drug-likeliness, and acute toxicity of the identified phytosterols molecules. Molecular docking analysis of the phytosterols was performed against three breast cancer targets. A total of 29 compounds were identified from the extract by GC-MS analysis, among which four phytosterols derivatives namely cholesterol margarate, 7-dehydrodiosgenin, Stigmastan-3,5-diene, and γ-sitosterol have been considered for the present study. These phytosterols are identified as non-toxic, non-carcinogenic, and non-mutagenic. Molecular docking studies reveal the extent of molecular interaction with breast cancer targets. The outcomes of the investigation suggest that the phytosterols obtained from the ethanolic seed extract of Lagerstroemia speciosa could act as a promising candidate against breast cancer.5G and Beyond 5G networks (B5G) face the greatest obstacle to ensure accessibility with all categories of users. A significant part of the emerging wireless networks will greatly facilitate connectivity, and cooperation in high-speed communications from Unmanned Aviation Vehicles (UAVs) is expected. UAV has excellent features such as versatile delivery, simple line of sight (LOS) connecting, gradual independence and connectivity architecture speeds, and fixed framework communication systems. Given that many UAVs can achieve specific coverage for surface user terminals (UTs), one problem is how they can be implemented optimally. According to critical constraints, the implementation task was shaped as minimization, including the numbers of UAVs and the optimization of their network load UAV should form a secure network structure and sustain links with the specified base stations (BSs). The challenge has been split into subtasks to address this problem of optimization with a core framework. The Unified Greedy Quest Algorithm for the Internet of Medical Things (UGQA-IoMT) algorithm is used for telemedicine applications and achieves a minimum number of UAVs and optimal places. The algorithm proposed refers to various scenarios in which UAVs are installed by themselves or with the set BSs, irrespective of the UT deployment. The performance gains in mean SNR of -3 dB, network load stability ratio of 99.89%, and coverage ratio of 97.5% are validated in coherent simulations of the proposed methodology for the real-time implementation. As COVID-19 has spread rapidly, detection of the COVID-19 infection from radiology and radiography images is probably one of the quickest ways to diagnose the patients. Many researchers found the necessity to utilize chest X-ray and chest computed tomography imaging to diagnose COVID-19 infection. PB 203580 In this paper, our objective is to minimize the false negatives and false positives in the detection process. Reduction in the number of false negatives minimizes community spread of the COVID-19 pandemic. Reducing false positives help people avoid mental trauma and wasteful expenses. This paper proposes a novel weighted consensus model to minimize the number of false negatives and false positives without compromising accuracy. In the proposed novel weighted consensus model, the accuracy of individual classification models is normalized. While predicting, different models predict different classes, and the sum of the normalized accuracy for a particular class is then considered based on a predefined threshold value. We used traditional Machine Learning classification algorithms like Linear Regression, Support Vector Machine, k-Nearest Neighbours, Decision Tree, and Random Forest for the weighted consensus experimental evaluation. We predicted the classes, which provided better insights into the condition. The proposed model can perform as well as the existing state-of-the-art technique in terms of accuracy (99.64%) and reduce false negatives and false positives. In the article, we propose a comprehensive methodology of value chain analysis in the international input-output framework that introduces a new measure of value chain participation and an extended typology of value chains, with the novel inclusion of domestic value chain to address the extent of fragmentation of purely domestic production. This allows for the simultaneous analysis of both global and domestic production fragmentation, the complex patterns of their evolution and their impact on economic development. The main contribution of the proposed methodology is conceptual it permits the measurement of all value chain paths that pass through each country-sector from production to final consumption, whether the path includes downstream linkages, upstream linkages or their combination. Empirical application of this methodology shows the importance of including domestic fragmentation in value chain analysis The fragmentation of both global and domestic levels of production has a significant positive correlation with economic growth. This implies that the effects of global production fragmentation must be analysed together with the changing structure of the fragmentation of domestic production to obtain the whole picture, one that might provide important information for policymaking and industrial policy.Globally, the impacts of climate change will uproot and displace millions of individuals, and American cities are on the frontline of these future population shifts. Our analysis of empirical documentation of migration factors as well as theoretical demographic models shows three predominate types of US cities affected by climate migration pathways (1) vulnerable cities-those that will suffer significant losses in population and tax revenue; (2) recipient cities-those that serve as unsuspecting or unwilling "receiving communities" from sudden-onset disasters without preparation; and (3) climate destinations-cities seeking to rebrand their communities as "climate havens" that welcome displaced residents through equitable planning and preparation. Despite the evidence of such migration trends, there currently is limited guidance for governments at any scale to plan and prepare for these changes. Forced or unplanned migrations will have a profound and disproportionate impact on communities of color, the elderly, and other at-risk populations that are already experiencing the compounding effects of climate and environmental injustices. A lack of adequate preparation and resources dedicated to minimizing the impacts of planned and unplanned migration pathways could exacerbate existing economic, environmental, and social inequalities. Drawing from case studies in cities across the country that illustrate the typology outlined above, this paper presents a framework with preliminary strategies for policy makers to bridge knowledge gaps and design responses for both short- and long-term planning initiatives. link2 In particular, we encourage the use of typological frameworks for implementing scenario planning that can help cities navigate the challenges of planning for future climate-migration to plan for more sustainable, inclusive, and equitable cities for all.The need for alternative source of fuel has demanded the cultivation of 3rd generation feedstock which includes microalgae, seaweed and cyanobacteria. These phototrophic organisms are unique in a sense that they utilise natural sources like sunlight, water and CO2 for their growth and metabolism thereby producing diverse products that can be processed to produce biofuel, biochemical, nutraceuticals, feed, biofertilizer and other value added products. But due to low biomass productivity and high harvesting cost, microalgae-based production have not received much attention. link3 Therefore, this review provides the state of the art of the microalgae based biorefinery approach to define an economical and sustainable process. The three major segments that need to be considered for economic microalgae biorefinery is low cost nutrient source, efficient harvesting methods and production of by-products with high market value. This review has outlined the use of various wastewater as nutrient source for simultaneous biomass production and bioremediation. Further, it has highlighted the common harvesting methods used for microalgae and also described various products from both raw biomass and delipidified microalgae residues in order to establish a sustainable, economical microalgae biorefinery with a touch of circular bioeconomy. This review has also discussed various challenges to be considered followed by a techno-economic analysis of the microalgae based biorefinery model. Two gene of class II photolyases, PiPhr1 (1833 bp) and PiPhr2 (1809 bp), from the Antarctic diatom Phaeodactylum tricornutum ICE-H were cloned, the recombinant proteins expressed and purified. The molecular weight of the recombinant photolyases were determined to be 68 kDa with a pI of 9.04 and 68.82 with a pI of 7.31, respectively. Activity studies showed that both the recombinant enzymes were involved in the repair DNA damaged by UV light, that is they were most likely photolyases involved in photorepair of DNA. Further confirmation of this function was demonstrated by the increased expression of PiPhr1 and PiPhr2 after exposure to UV radiation, blue light and dark conditions by qRT-PCR. In summary, PiPhr1 and PiPhr2 were up regulated by UVB irradiation and blue light at 0.5 h and 3 h. Longtime (3 h) exposure to dark also increased the expression of PiPhr1 and PiPhr2. In vitro photoreactivation assays showed that PiPhr1 and PiPhr2 could repair CPDs utilizing blue light. This is the first time CPD Class II photolyase has been reported from Antarctic diatom.
