The mineralogical composition was described by major crystalline phases of samples and content of oxides. Chemical properties and composition were characterized by pH, the content of ammonium, nitrates, nitrites, exchangeable elements and cation exchange capacity as well as after the 3-step speciation and analytical quantification of trace and major elements (Al, As, Ba, Ca, Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, K, Li, Mg, Mn, Mo, Na, Ni, P, Pb, Sb, Se, Sr, Ti, Tl, V and Zn) and detection of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. This article describes data related to the research study entitled "The neural correlate of gait improvement by rhythmic sound stimulation in adults with Parkinson's disease - A functional magnetic resonance imaging study" [1]. https://www.selleckchem.com/products/Nolvadex.html We evaluated gait performance using the 10-meter walk test (10MWT) in adults with Parkinson's disease (PD) and age-matched healthy controls (HC). Gait speed (GS) and step length (SL) were calculated from the results of the 10MWT. We also evaluated neural activities in regions that were significantly activated by gait imagery in adults with PD using functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI). The correlation among GS, SL, and activation of blood oxygenation level-dependent (BOLD) signals by gait imagery in adults with PD. Both GS and SL were smaller in adults with PD than in HCs. The left parietal operculum (PO), left supplementary motor area (SMA), and right cerebellum were activated by gait imagery in adults with PD. No significant correlation was found in any pair of gait performance and neural activation of such regions. This data set could be reused for studies to investigate the relationship between gait performance and neural activities in adults with PD.The analysis of data on the sensory evaluation of the quality of wines obtained using traditional technologies in the Krasnodar Territory, Russia, was carried out using the statistical ranking criteria - the Spearman and Kendall correlation coefficients, as well as the positional analysis - Cronbach's alpha. Data on the sensory evaluation of 60 samples of natural dry red and white wines are presented, among which 20 are white wines, 40 are red wines produced in 2010-2015. Eleven specialists aged between 32 and 66 years (the average age was 50 years; 4 females and 7 males) participated in the sensory evaluation procedure. All participants are considered experts in the field of wine, work in the wine industry and have professional experience in the field of sensory analysis. The results of the consistency study of expert evaluations, the reliability of the general score scale, as well as the analysis of the loyalty of experts in the wine quality assessment are presented in the article. The reliability of the proposed loyalty scale is shown, i.e., the scale of the sum of scores given by each expert in the evaluation of the quality of wines. The database on the sensory evaluation of the quality of wines, obtained for all wine samples using positional analysis, makes it possible to assess the contribution of each of the 60 wine samples to their ranking by mean scores. The data may be of interest to scientists and oenologists for the wine quality assessment.Reflectance Visible (Vis) and Short Wave Infrared (SWIR) spectra of pre-cooked pasta products were collected in a non-invasive way by using an ASD FieldSpec® 4 Standard-Res portable spectrophotoradiometer (350-2500 nm). Vis-SWIR data were collected on 6 samples of Pennette 72 and 6 samples of Mezze Penne with different salting levels with the aid of a contact probe in two different physical conditions i) frozen and ii) thawed. Fifty Vis-SWIR spectra were collected per measurement time from each sample resulting in 1200 raw spectra. The dataset presented in this descriptor can be used to explore the possibilities to develop automated methods to perform pre-cooked pasta analysis. Vis-SWIR data have potential reuse for follow-up studies finalized to develop pre-cooked pasta quality control applications by using similar devices or to test the ability of different chemometric algorithms. This article reports test-retest reliability data of laboratory- and field-based performance tests as well as body composition analyses of younger and older Kosovan adults. In total, 57 healthy young (18-35 years) and 61 older (>60 years) participants took part in two identical test sessions, with a median [25th - 75th percentile] of 14 [13-21] days in between. Functional performance tests included 30-s chair stand test (CST), 30-s arm curl test (ACT), six-minutes walking test (6MWT), sit and reach test, timed up and go test (TUG), as well as the assessment of gait speed (GS) at normal and fast pace. Isometric handgrip strength (HGS) was used to estimate strength of the dominant hand. Isokinetic peak torque (PT) and average power (AvgP) for knee extension and flexion were determined at velocities of 60°/s and 120°/s. Body composition assessments included body fat percentage, skeletal muscle mass (SMM) and index (SMI) as well as appendicular skeletal muscle mass (ASMM) and index. Secondary endpoints included self-perceived health status and potential co-morbidities. All performance test outcomes as well as body fat percentage, SMM, ASMM, and self-perceived health were significantly better in young as compared to older participants (p 0.7) was observed for all parameters in both age groups, except for some of the measures from the isokinetic dynamometry, where ICCs were generally lower in older participants, but fell below 0.7 for AvgPflexion at 60°/s (ICC = 0.6) and at 120°/s (ICC = 0.67) as well as for PTflexion at 120°/s (ICC = 0.69). These data's importance lay upon their potential use in epidemiological studies observing muscle strength, peak torque, power, physical performance and body composition over various age groups, either in the same or similar populations, or for comparison to other populations. The data presented in this article are related to the research paper entitled "The circular economy model used in the Polish agro-food consortium a case study" published in the Journal of Cleaner Production 284 (2021) 124751. The utilisation of meat waste for the production of meat-bone meal is the Farmutil's consortium main activity. The Oxidor system was developed for the combustion of all the odour emitted from meat-bone meal production. This improved the relationship of consortium with the public. Flow-sheet of the unit for thermal oxidation of odour, scheme and image of the thermo-oxidator were presented. The steam produced in the Oxidor system is recycled and re-used for meat-bone meal production. This is an example of new organisational solutions in circular economy originating from a physical flow concept in which energy flows are used as a result of closed-loop recycling.
