Good recovery rates (86.21%-99.77%) were obtained after the samples were stored at room temperature for 24 h, at 4°C for 48h and at -20°C for half a year.
Given that UPLC-MS/MS renders more accurate results in detecting the concentration of psychotropic drugs, it can be applied clinically to detect the concentration of therapeutic drugs in patients with mental illness.

To investigate the effect of electronic moxibustion combined with rehabilitation nursing on the lumbar pain and stiffness of ankylosing spondylitis patients.
Ninety-four ankylosing spondylitis patients were recruited as the study cohort and randomly assigned into a control group, which underwent rehabilitation nursing, and a research group, which underwent electronic moxibustion combined with rehabilitation nursing. The clinical effects in the two groups were compared, and the occipital-wall distances, finger-floor distances, spine mobility, morning stiffness durations, overall morning stiffness levels, lower back pain, motor performance of the upper and lower limbs, and the quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.
The effective rate in the research group was significantly higher than it was in the control group (91.49% vs. 74.47%, P < 0.001). The research group patients had significantly greater occipital-wall distances, better spine mobility and shorteitation nursing in ankylosing spondylitis patients shows significant advantages compared with rehabilitation nursing alone. E-7386 The combination, which can improve the quality of life, and the motor performance of the upper and lower limbs, and relieve patients' lumbar pain and stiffness, is worthy of further promotion and application.
To investigate the effect of left or right gastric artery interventional embolization on obesity and ghrelin/leptin expression in pigs.
Thirty-two female Wuzhishan pigs aged 3-4 months were randomly divided into four groups, with eight pigs in each group obesity + left gastric artery embolization group, obesity + right gastric artery embolization group, obesity + sham surgery group and healthy control group. The body weight and serum levels of ghrelin, leptin, interleukin-6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) before the operation, one month and three months after the operation, and the gastric pathology three months after the operation were compared.
The preoperative body weight, ghrelin level, leptin level, IL-6 level and TNF-α level of the obesity + sham surgery group, obesity + left gastric artery embolization group and obesity + right gastric artery embolization group were higher than those of the healthy control group (all P<0.05). One month after the operation, the body weight, ghrelin left or right gastric artery embolization still need further study.
Left or right gastric artery interventional embolization in pigs can effectively reduce body weight, which may be related to the reduced secretion of ghrelin, leptin and inflammatory factors. However, the clinical application and safety of left or right gastric artery embolization still need further study.
We aimed to investigate the short- and long-term efficacies of endovascular interventional therapy in acute ischemic stroke (AIS) patients.
In this retrospective study, 94 patients with AIS were recruited and divided into a control group (n=51) that was administered intra-arterial thrombolysis and an observation group (n=43) that was administered Solitaire stent thrombectomies. The postoperative recanalization and overall response rates were recorded in both groups. The hemodynamic parameters (high shear viscosity, low shear viscosity, plasma viscosity, and hematocrit), and the C-reactive protein, interleukin 6, and fibrinogen levels were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment. In addition, the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale and the modified Rankin Scale scores were analyzed before the treatment and at 1 and 3 months after the treatment in both groups. After a 3-year follow-up, a survival analysis was also performed using the Kaplan-Meier survival method.
The overall ed that the survival times were significantly longer in the observation group than they were in the control group (P<0.05).
Solitaire stent thrombectomy markedly ameliorates neurological deficits in AIS patients, improves their recanalization rated, regulates the inflammatory response and hemodynamics in the lesion areas, thus exerting favorable short- and long-term clinical effects.

To investigate the effect of montmorillonite and vitamin AD combined with zinc preparation in children with diarrheal disease and its effect on inflammatory factors.
A total of 156 children with diarrheal diseases admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were enrolled and divided into two groups (n=78 for each) using random number table. The control group (CG) was treated with montmorillonite, and the observation group (OG) was additionally treated with vitamin AD and zinc. Both groups completed 7 d of treatment and 3 months of follow-up to compare the efficacy rate, time to onset of symptom relief, inflammatory factor levels, T-lymphocyte levels, adverse drug reactions, and relapse rate.
The efficacy rate of 7 d treatment in the OG was 94.87%, higher than that of 56.41% in the CG (
< 0.05). After intervention, the OG had normal frequency of defecation, shorter time for stool to return to normal appearance, shorter duration of antiemetic, antipyretic, antidiarrheal treatment and shorter hospital stay than those of the CG (
< 0.05). The OG exhibited lower levels of CRP, TNF-α, NO, and PCT and higher levels of SOD than the CG (
< 0.05). The OG had lower levels CD3
and CD4
at 7 d after treatment, lower CD8
levels and higher CD4
/CD8
levels than the CG (
< 0.05). The relapse rate at 6 months after treatment in the OG was lower than that in the CG (
< 0.05).
The combination of montmorillonite, vitamin AD and zinc preparation can achieve higher short-time efficacy, shorten the time of disappearance of symptoms, reduce the level of inflammatory factors, and improve the level of T-lymphocytes, without increasing the incidence of adverse drug reactions.
