1. Tổng chi phí sale 2017:
・To Cuong: 70% → 50% (đối chiếu kết quả sale từ tháng 1-12/2017), 50% cho các hoạt động điều hành, nhân sự, tham gia dự án, các hoạt động liên quan chi nhánh RSJP...
・VinhHT: 30% → 20%
・Thuyet: 30% → 10%
・Ngoc Anh: 100% → 80%
・MinhNT: nhờ To Cuong giải thích rõ cơ chế RSJP và RSVN liên quan ?
2. Cách phân bổ chi phí SALE giua JP và VN:
Hiện tại: phân bổ đều theo % DT
Ý kiến cá nhân: CẦN LÀm RÕ VAI TRÒ, NHIỆM VỤ SALE là nhiệm vụ chính RSJP mà BGD đã giao, SẢN XUẤT là nhiệm vụ chính RSVN
→ Liên quan chi phí Sale, RSJP cần chịu tỷ lệ chi phí trách nhiệm sale nhất định trước khi phân bổ theo % DT về VN (ví dụ 20%)
Ex: Tổng chi phí sale: 10 tỷ VND, % DT trong năm giữa RSJP và RSVN là 60-40
→ Chi phí sale phân bổ RSJP: 10 tỷ * 20% + 8 tỷ * 60% = 680 triệu
→ Chi phí sale phân bổ RSVN: 8 tỷ * 40% = 320 triệu
