Hello I'm Jakub Jakoniuk and I started karting as a amateur in 2014 then I started racing in Camberley Kart Club in 2015. That year I won a championship in the Comet Cadet Class, I was still a novice then. In September that year I won the Roy Montara Memorial Trophy, I became the last summer of that trophy of Cadet. In 2016 I started racing in the Iame Cadet Class. In the beginning of 2017 I took a try at Lydd Kart Club and I won my first race there this was also my first race the 303 Squadron Team. Then in September I drove in the Roy Montara Memorial Meeting again and came 3rd with the most positions gained. Near the end of the year in December I had my biggest success which is the last ever Iame Championship at Buckmore Park Kart Club. I had very good results in my second and last seoson of Iame and most of the time I had the fastest or second fastest time. Me and my Dad decided that that is when I should end my Cadet carrer and move on to Juniors.
