1. Prince (Pemimpin Redaksi, Redaktur Bahasa)
Penanggung jawab utama Highlights yang memimpin, mengawasi, mengarahkan dan memilah hal-hal yang perlu dimasukkan kedalam Highlights.
Sebagai Redaktur bahasa, Prince ikut mengambil tugas untuk menyunting artikel yang akan dimuat menjadi bahasa yang baik untuk dibaca.
2. Garry (Redaktur, Wartawan, Pracetak)
Sebagai Redaktir, Garry bertugas menyunting semua bahan yang akan dimuat didalam Highlights. Baik itu hasil dari wawancara ataupum bahan yang berasal dari kontributor.
Kemudian setelah penyuntingan selesai, hasil diberikan kepada Pemimpin Redaksi apakah sudah bisa di cetak atau masih ada yang perlu di perbaiki lagi.
3. Kageyama Tobio (Editor)
Mengurus perancangan Highlights, seperti Cover, pembagian halaman dan kolom, corner dan lain lain yang berhubungan dengan desain dan seni.
4. Akashi Seiyuna (Wartawan)
Mewawancarai narasumber yang berhubungan dengan tema/konsep Highlight. Merangkum sehingga menjadi serangkaian informasi yang didapat dari Narasumber.
