1. Setiap murid wajib memeriksakan kesehatannya minimal 1 bulan dua kali (di luar EPT) dan membuat janji terlebih dahulu dengan kami. Apabila ada yang melanggar, maka akan terkena suatu penyakit.
2. Pemeriksaan EPT dilakukan setiap akan ujian kenaikan level.
3. Penyakit acak akan diberikan berdasarkan random generator.
4. Penyakit akan terbagi menjadi 3 level yaitu :
a. Rendah
Pasien yang memiliki jenis penyakit rendah diharapkan plotting meminum obat min 1x thread dalam seminggu agar dapat sembuh. Head plot harap di tag kepada kami.
b. Sedang
Pasien yang memiliki jenis penyakit sedang diharapkan plotting meminum obat min 2x thread dalam seminggu agar dapat sembuh. Head plot harap di tag kepada kami.
c. Khusus
Pasien yang memiliki jenis penyakit khusus diharapkan plotting meminum obat min 3x thread dalam seminggu agar dapat sembuh. Head plot harap di tag kepada kami.
5. Setiap sesudah ujian battle dan melawan monster, diharapkan melakukan pemeriksaan kesehatan ke hospital.

List penyakit;
Rendah; Influenza, radang tenggorokan, mimisan, kecapean.
Sedang; Demam/typus, muntaber, diare, sesak nafas
Khusus; cacar air, difteri, kurap air, patah tulang.
ㅡ List Obat dan Vitamin
Antibiotik Penicilin, Acetaminophen, Anti Inflamasi, Inhaler, Acyclovir, Perban, Gips.
Vitamin; Penambah nafsu makan, penjaga kesehatan tubuh, penurut berat badan.
ㅡ Penyakit Acak
Anemia, Sariawan, Amandel, Sakit gigi, Hipotensi, Insomnia
