This offer is available for few selective customers who have account with AXIS/HDFC/SBI once they login.
Once you login in to Flipkart website/App/mobile site app you can see this offer on their home page.
If you not seeing the offer then they need to contact bank to get the Preapproved EMI for debit cards.
