I will be bringing a transfer form in on Monday as I have not been further updated on being cross trained, other than being told that I was going to be. It seems as though you guys would rather I stay on outbound and I'm just not going to have that, I've been told countless times I would get to do training elsewhere and I have yet to see action that backs up that promise. If the outbound queue can't allow that, why can we afford to have Steph off and training but not me? Shouldn't we have all hands on deck?

I want to make this very clear , this has nothing to do with the fact she's going to be trained for other Admin things, or her as a person, or anything of the such and if you so much as insinuate such, I will put my two week notice in then and there. She is my friend, and I'm ecstatic for her as she prefers working more on the back end of things.

The inquiry has more to do with questioning the logistics of training one outbound agent for another department without an adequate replacement. It doesn't make sense to be able to afford one outbound agent away from the queue and not allow another to do training as well, even if it has to be done in trade offs, I feel like I should have an opportunity to go train as I was promised as well. If there's a reason I'm not getting a chance to be trained, I would like an answer as to why, and I want it as soon as you are available to give it.

Otherwise, if you are insistent that I stay on the outbound team, I have a request.

I want to lead the outbound team, with the same pay as a TL and the same authority as a TL. I want to be able to run meetings, coaching sessions with agents (both on outbound and voice agents who are repeat offenders) and have the ability to decide who is on my team and who will not be on my team.

I also want the ability to see the queue and be able to assess outbound staffing depending on the volume of records.

Of course if time allows I will still dial until I'm not needed to do so.

You guys don't have the time to manage the outbound team, as much as you may like to want to manage us. I'm also usually the one people come to with questions regarding outbound, so I feel like it would make sense to take the team over completely.

Now, this may not be able to happen without client approval, I really don't know, but I want something more for being stuck over here since I'm no longer getting the incentive bonuses considering how many hits to my conversion rate I have to take to clear records.

If becoming a TL is not something that can happen, then a pay increase (for the entire team) or some other kind of perk for being stuck over here. Something is going to change, either with outbound or my employment here.

If nothing changes, or can change, then I want to be transferred out of this LOB and be met with no resistance when my transfer form is turned in.

If you guys refuse to transfer me, you will be seeing my two weeks notice once I have found other employment.
