Let's try this out, I have given you access to my Gmail calendar , and I have a booking request on 10to8 (this is the calendar where potential clients book calls).
I need you to check this each day and send me an email [email protected] to remind me when I have an appointment.
You will also need to put these appointment in to the Gmail calendar so that I have no clashes
Discovery calls
The request is sent to my Patricia@podcastmaven email address.
When you have confirmed the date and time in 10to 8
Log in to the Mailbox
and compose an email.
- click on responses and use the template called
Hello Thank you for booking your Discovery call
All you need to do is put in the date and time of the call and whether the call will be on Zoom or Skype.
If it's Skype let them know my Skype name is MsQhobela
If it's Zoom you will need to open Zoom and create a meeting (Did I send you a video on that?)
At the bottom of the email template there is a footer pictured below
Please erase it.
If you can find out how to remove it from all my emails that would be great.
You can see an example of the email I sent in the sent folder.
The most recent one was to lwadsworth
In the email I sent her a link to a questionairre - I ask everyone who books a call to fill this in before the call.
The survey is in typeform _

The survey is called Podcast Maven Discovery Calls - a day or two before the call (on YOUR friday morning if the call is on a Monday)
Please check to see if they have filled in the questionnaire - if they have not please send a reminder email I will draft one right now and save it in responses
I will call it something like Discovery call - Questionnaire
Just thinking that as you have access to CPanel, we spoke about adding a form, so the email address it can go to is [email protected]
I will ask you to check that email address each day and let me know if anyone has contacted me through the form.
