As we can see, there are three main opportunities, which are all the increasing value of market ....in supplement market, in medical tourism in Thailand, including the unaware demand in financial packages for aging population.

So we have proposed three alternatives regarding those opportunities. The first one is to offer personalized set of vitamin and supplement, based on customers medical information. In this case, customers will get the proportion of nutrition best suited for their body condition. and the company will obtain revenue through monthly subscription fee.

The second alternatives in medical tourism segment is to be an online marketplace that connects medical service providers with international patients. It works similarly to booking.com or agoda but here you search for medical services instead of hotel rooms.

Now move on to the last alternatives, as statistics shows majority of aged individuals right now have weak financial plan and they're not aware of it. Offering some financial packages might mitigate the financial problems when any unexpected situation happen to them.

Next we tried to evaluate each alternative, and the final result is medical tourism. We ignore financial packages because Valor's strengths are not leveraged, which effort the company put in could be wasted and the market is full of big companies.

We don't pick personalized supplement because. actually this alternative has potential and still matches with company field of knowledge. However, compared to the second alternatives. It looks more interesting from various standpoints. Besides, the criteria being shown here, my colleage will elaborate more on why we really picked up the medical tourism segment.
