Welcome to receptionist training!

As you probably know, Nova Hotels has a set of rules set for both the staff and customers.

Rules are not meant to be broken, but there are people who break them.

Whenever a customer violates a rule, give them a warning.

The warning template is; Warning [Number] | [Reason]

When the customers reach III warnings, call a High Rank to kick them.

If a troller who was just kicked comes back and continues, get a HR/SHR to kick them (without warnings).

If a troller comes back after II kicks and continues, get a HR/SHR to ban them.

Exploiters are instantly perm banned. If you see an exploiter in ANY Nova Game, call a HR/SHR immediately, no warnings needed!

We will now come around and pretend we are trollers.

Tell us to stop and give us warning depending on what we do. Good luck!

DO NOT ANNOUNCE THIS UNTIL after everyone had done their troll test.

Please go back to the counters for the next part.

As you should know, part of your job at the hotel is checking people in and out.

To start, click on the computer.

For the first time you use it, it will show you a quick tutorial, you may choose to skip/read it.

Once finished, you will see the main GUI. To check if there are rooms available, click Room Availability.

You may not give out specific rooms to a customer, they are randomly chosen.

To check in a customer, click Check In. Then, in the username section, enter the 1st few letters of the customer’s username.

Then, in room type, select standard or premium suite, depending on if they are in a standard or premium line. Finally click confirm.

Do the same for check out enter the 1st few letters of the customer’s name (you do not need to select their room). Finally, click confirm.

Now we will act at customers, greet us and check us in/out.
