I am Vishal Pendkar and have been part of this organization for over 5 years.
Right from my onset in this organization, I seeked to learn, improve and contribute towards what we strive to achieve together each day.
I got an opportunity to work with Unilever, one of our most cherished and elite client and been working towards their vision ever since.
As an SME, I have extensively worked upon SAP, Hannah and Oracle and would be delighted to share my learnings and learn more together.
Unilever made way for exploring new areas, ideas and R & D through and through fueling my curiousity to discover new vistas.
As days passby, teammates became colleagues, friends and family and I am really grateful for that.
Working together as a team helped me build on what I know, learn where I fell short and emerge as a better contributor.
This place gave me friends to hold onto, opportunities to be exhilarated about and learnings to be content with.
During my time here, my life turned into a musical melody whom I know as my wife, Sowmya, who has always been the one holding my smile strong during difficult times. My Will, Hope and Faith.
I thank our culture and my teammates that made it possible that I dont just balance the work-life but live them too.
I am fond of movies and never leave a chance to catch on them with my better half and I just love dogs, or doggies, the way I call them fondly.
To the newbies reading this,
If you look closely, you would know that 5 years, not a small duration, and my journey still continues with a smile on my face.
Its said that people make organizations, its rightfully said so.
I wish you all to hold onto a positive mindset and strive to improve along with each other.
