1.Make a backup of site using UpdraftPlus.( Free Version can be used now)
2. Check GCalendar everyday and send email to [email protected] to remind her when she has an appointments on 10to8 calendar.
3.Also need to put these appointment in to the Gmail calendar so that It won't clashes.
Discovery Calls
After confirming the data and time in the 10to8 calendar. need to compose and email template called
" Hello Thank you for booking your Discovery call "
-need to add an date and time of the call
-Need to see whether the call will be on Zoom or Skype
* if skype then put Skype name -MsQhobela
* if zoom then need to open Zoom and create a meeting
-Erase the footer picture in email template.
