Animate to Animate Transfiguration berarti mengubah benda bernyawa menjadi benda bernyawa lainnya.
Praktek ini juga sangat rumit, bahkan lebih rumit dari pada inanimate to animate transfiguration. Sebab mengubah mahluk hidup bukan hanya mengubah tampilan atau pun susunannya namun juga sel genetic dan hal-hal yang mempengaruhi keberadaan makhluk hidup tersebut. Dimana perubahannya tidak hanya bentuk atau penampilan luarnya, namun suara perilaku & hal-hal yang mengukuhkan eksistensi objek tersebut.
Ini berbeda dengan mengubah benda mati dangan benda mati lainnya, sebab mahluk hidup memiliki struktur atau susunan tubuh yang kompleks seperti syaraf, sel dan macam-macam, lagi semantara benda mati tidak.
