I can re-arrange a pick up via Hermes, and ask them to pick this item at the earliest.

I can generate a QR code for you and send it to you via email with which you can drop off this item at a pass my parcel store.

I can send a returns label to you via email to post it via Royal mail.

Once you return the item, as soon as it reaches our facility, the refund will be issued for you.

I would love to issue a replacement order for this item, however as this item is sold by a seller and fulfilled by Amazon, we cannot use the seller's inventory to issue the replacement order.
