Items Shop
The items shop is where you can find items that will help you with your day to day journey at Wordmasters.io.

There are 4 different types of item categories that you will find in the Items Shop.

Event Prizes - These are the items that you can rake in each time you win at our platform’s events. You can’t buy these items. You can only acquire them by winning or participating in certain events at Wordmasters.io.

One Time Use - From the name itself, you can only use this item once. These items do not expire in time. They will disappear from your inventory once activated and used.

Consumables - Items that when used expire in time. The item along with its attributes will disappear from your inventory once it reaches the expiry.

Permanent - Items that you can buy once and you can use forever. These items do not run out or expire, but they need a certain requirement to stay active.

Feedback Scrapers

Spyglasses and Telescopes Spyglasses allows you to view any Grabbable project from the pool before grabbing it. While Telescopes allow you to view all projects from the pool (including locked projects) before grabbing one. Telescopes have a longer lifespan compared to Spyglasses. Spyglasses and Telescopes are Consumable Items. They expire in time once activated. You can only buy one type of Spyglass or Telescope at a time.

Coin Storage
If you want to have extra coins, better save up for some Coin Storages. These Items give you extra coins once you accumulate a certain amount of reviewed projects within 30 days from its activation. Coins are rewarded as soon as the target is met. This is a consumable item. All coin storages expire in 30 days. You can only use one Coin Storage at a time. If your coin storage reaches its goal, you have to wait for it to expire before you can purchase another coin storage.

Ledgers
Members with Taskmaster Ranks really need a lot of coins to keep up with the expenses for claiming Taskmasters income. In this case, ledgers will come in handy. Ledgers will give the taskmaster extra coins for each Referral or Team Member who has projects that pass an editor’s review within a time period. The Local Ledger and the National Ledger gives 1 coin per reviewed project submitted by the Taskmaster’s Direct Referrals. The Continental Ledger and the Global Ledger gives 1 coin per reviewed project submitted by any of his team members. You can only use one Ledger at a time. Ledgers are consumable.

Pens
Pens are Permanent Items. You only buy them once, and you can use them forever. You can buy multiple pens, but you can only activate one pen at a time. A pen requires a specific consistency rate for it to activate. If a pen is not activated or the writer does not meet the necessary requirements, the attributes of the pen will be disabled.

There are 3 types of Pens.

1. Coin Bonus Pen - Pens that give coin bonuses per 4 - 5 star ratings.
2. Reputation Bonus Pen - Pens that give reputation bonuses per 4 - 5 star ratings.
3. Cash Bonus Pen - Pens that give additional percentage bonus every end of the month per project approved. As soon as you equip the pen, all tasks started will be marked by it. Once it is approved, it will be added to the cash bonus stack for the month. Shifting pens will not affect the previously marked projects.

Below are the different pens available in the Items Shop:

Golden Pen - This pen Multiplies your coin rewards from 4 - 5 star ratings by 2. This is a useful pen if you want to pile up some coins surely and securelly
Thieves Pen - This pen may Multiply the coin rewards by 3, but it will require a reputation sacrifice of 3 reputation for it to work. If you no longer have the reputation needed for this pen, it will be inactive until the requirements are met. If you have a lot of reputation and you want to hasten you coin stockpile, this pen is for you.
Gambler’s Pen - This pen is for risk takers only. For all 4 - 5 star rated reviews, you will get 0 to 20 coins randomly. Dead loss or jackpot is a possibility, thus the name.

Lucky Pen - Luck is all you need. Multiply the coins earned for 4 - 5 star rated projects up to 10 times its value. There’s a 5% chance for this event to happen. They say, this pen works well for people who use it with high consistency. May the stroke of luck be in your favor.

Advocate’s Pen - In contrary to the Thieves pen, the Advocate’s Pen gives additional 2 reputation for every project that gets a 4 - 5 star ratings. In return, you get no coins from the review. This pen is recommended if you are pumping your reputation up and you have a lot of coins to spare.
Senior Writer’s Pen - This time, you’ll be getting actual money as rewards. This pen is a bit expensive and is exclusively for senior writers, but once equipped, you can earn 4% cash bonus from all your approved projects within the month. 30% minimum consistency is needed for this pen to activate.

Expert Writer’s Pen - This pen is quite expensive and is exclusively for expert writers, but once equipped, you can earn 8% cash bonus from all your approved projects within the month. 40% minimum consistency is needed for this pen to activate.

Elite Writer’s Pen - This pen is costly and is exclusively for elite writers, but once equipped, you can earn 12% cash bonus from all your approved projects within the month. 50% minimum consistency is needed for this pen to activate.


Event Prizes
There are random events all throughout your stay at Wordmasters.io. There will be prices given on these events. Event prices are only acquired through winning an event. These items are shown in the Items shop but aren't for sale.
Gift Boxes - gives a random Item once you open it. Chance of getting a Gift box is rare, one way to get one is to get 5-stars from your projects.

Discount Coupons - gives a discount on selected items in the shop. You can only acquire this item by completing a Wordsmith event.
